Behold the Gerrymander. A beast that the man in the video can explain better than I and his possible solution.
His name is Brian Olson and the 9 minute video is titled "Engineering Elections Without Borders".








Here is a link to another presentation of a man arguing that data science is more objective than our current method of creating district boundaries. He starts to present the objectivity at 5:38 in the video.
