Agree with this. Supervisor has every right to tell her to take it down for just about any reason except that some vicious little ingrate finds it "offensive". Might just clash with the rest of the office's decor, and since there's no reason for an office to display a large flag on the wall, removing it would be appropriate.

edit: Posted this before I saw the hospital admin's statement that the disagreement was over the size of the flag. Yeah, that's a perfectly legitimate reason to ask for it to be removed. Or replaced with a more appropriately sized flag.

Was it ever determined if it was the size that was offensive, or the flag itself?
I'm not sure who to believe here. And only those involved really know what went down.

I would be pretty confident that if the flag was 3 feet by 5 feet in a shared office space, it was probably the size of the flag.
