I'm neither protecting nor supporting this man. However, you are threatening torture and injury on a man for looking at pictures. This man has not directly hurt or injured any child. He is only guilty of indirectly supporting some other person who exploited a child. Thats worthy of a crime, but there are many much more serious crimes with much more serious consequences. I simply ask the punishment fit the crime. Is easy to threaten a group that everybody hates, its much harder to actually dispense justice.

Well, here is the problem. There would be practically NO child pornography if it weren't for scumbags like this, who create the market for it. It is my opinion that, in looking at pictures, that pervert might as well have been abusing the child himself. To the abused child, it's the same result.

it is amazing what one finds on peoples work computers. when we do a drive recovery, we have the customer sign a form about illegal stuff on thier systems, and if we find child porn it is immediatly reported.
