The brave efforts of Congressman Dennis Kucinich and others to attempt to bring articles of impeachment against the president and the vice president cannot be underestimated, however, due to the brick wall erected before them by the Democratic leadership, statements at the hearing were very limited.

“To the regret of many, this is not an impeachment hearing,” said Rep. John Conyers Jr., Michigan Democrat, noting that the House would have to approve any hearings that could move formally on impeachment.

Before the hearing even began it became clear that Conyers and the rest of the committeewere not even considering the possibility of impeachment.

In fact we are not even allowed to use the word impeachment for Bush’s impeachment hearing.

On Rush Limbaugh's radio program on Aug 1, Bush the Elder, Dubya, and Jeb Bush called. When Bush the Elder was talking to Limbaugh, he apparently didn't realize they were on air and referred to Fox News CEO Roger Ailes as "our man Ailes." Someone apparently told him that he was on the radio and to cool it because he then tried to correct himself

Think Progress 8 years ago today: Bush pledged to ‘uphold the honor and dignity of the office.’

And we all know the only reason why its a strike out. Expecially when the majority of Americans want him impeached.

Yes I do know why the idea of impeaching Bush would be as big a strike out as the Clinton impeachment was. Do you?

You should give credit to the current slate of democrats. Though they preside over a body less popular than GWB, they are smart enough not to enter into something they actually don't have the gravitas to see through to completion. This time.

So can ya link up with that "majority of Americans want Bush impeached" study or poll? Given your penchant for hyperbole I suspect not.
