Bush, a failed Presidentcy.

A Presidents failure.

Taken from Illinois Oil and Gas Association
-
Bill Clinton in office from Jan 20, 1993-Jan 20th 2001.
Clintons 'yearly average' of oil price per barrel:
1993=$16.74.
1994=$15.66.
1995=$16.75.
1996=$20.46.
1997=$18.97.
1998=$11.91.
1999=$16.65.
2000=$27.40.
-
George Bush in office from Jan 20 2001-May 16th 2008.
Bushs yearly average of oil prices:
2001=$23.00.
2002=$22.81.
2003=$27.69.
2004=$37.41.
2005=$50.04.
2006=$58.30.
2007=$64.20.
2008=Jan=$84.70-May=128.00.
-
Future oil prices for the rest of Bushs term:
Some say as much as $200.00-$400.00 per barrel.
-
Clinton=Peace and prosperity.
-
Bush=War leaving thousands of our Troops dead and thousands more injured for life.
Oil UP UP UP!
Bread up 100%
Milk up 100%
Everything else UP UP UP!
-
MILLIONS of houses being repossed.
-
Chinese products endangering Americans health from babys to adults.
-
Americans chosing between eating or putting gas in their vehicles to go to work.
-
American schools at their worse while BILLIONS of $$$ are being spent to build new schools for the Iraqi people.
-
Americans bearing the brunt of our National Guards men being in Iraq instead of here in the States where they are needed during our National crisis like Katrina, other Hurricanes, Tornados and backing up our firefighters in their time of need with the many, many wildfires we have had. killing many Americans and leaving them homeless without any water while bush is providing water to the Iraqi people at the expense of our Troops lives.
-
Our injured Troops comming home to find many of the V.A. hospitals abandoned and the ones open with many workers and doctors sent packing.
-
Our Troops comming home after many dutys in Iraq only to find that there was a 'clause' in their promise to get a college education and they are screwed, rooded and tatooded. Yes the clause that they didn't tell our Brave men joining stated 'IF QUALIFIED'.
-
bush leaving Americans with nothing but BAD TIMES AHEAD for YEARS to come.
-
bush leaving the next President with nothing but problems that may take 10 presidencys to recover from.
-
bush leaving America with a weakened Military.
-
Pluss many, many, many more of bushs screwups that will take me days to posts on here.
-
bush turned many of our millionares into BILLIONARES and companys like Haliburton and Exon-Mobil making the LARGEST profits ever recorded while Americans try not to let their kids starve to death from all the prices of food going up so high.
-
I just erased what I had to say about this. I decided to let the OIL$$$$PRICES and everything else going up in price to where we are today with thousands of our dead and wounded Troops verses where we were back when Clinton was in office speak for themselves.

Re: Bush, a failed Presidentcy.

Of course prices go up. We got attacked by a terrorist group in the middle east, where most of the world's gas prices come from. Also, did you ever consider price inflation? That's like saying FDR was a failure at president because prices were way lower when John Quincy Adams was in office. I don't think Bush is a good president, but he's decent. This just reeks of bias.

I would have to agree, his efforts to address adult illiteracy have clearly met with little success.

Do you not think this is out of line... especially for a mod?

He wasn't posting as a mod. If you feel that the presumed satire is egregious and/or over the top, simply report the post. In the interest of impartiality, a third-party mod will adjudicate the complaint.

I think it was out of line. Even moreso, because Right is a moderator, and he should know better.

Do all infractions have to be reported, or should the mods make that decision based-on their own judgement? I've never reported a post, so I wouldn't know how to do it.

Right was posting as a member here. Beyond that, there is no unambiguous direction to his statement, and thus it can be interpreted in different ways.

I looked at it and I personally do not consider the post either egregious or infractable. But that is me. If you feel that I may be in error and wish to pursue this further, simply click the red and white Report Post icon and follow the form instructions. A different Mod (when available) will then read the complaint, review the post, and either agree or disagree with my personal opinion. If they should disagree, other mods will also be asked for their input to arrive at a consensus decision.

Well I thought RightinNYC's comment was a very clever sardonic remark. I laughed! If you look at the original post, it was nothing more than an over simplified argument..... Lets not forget that during the Bush administration or any government that has been in power since 2000, has seen dramatic increase in the price of oil.... Increased demand, increased instability in the M.E, etc, etc, etc.

But I'm sure that if Bill Clinton were President, that the price of oil per barrel would be $5 dollars, and Windows Vista would wouldn't crash, my morning coffee wouldn't be so cold, and it would rain more often in Victoria. Good ol' slick Willy would fix everything everything! Boo hisss, evil Republican Presidents!
