I think he made huge mistakes on judgment, but 9/11 was still pretty fresh, and he felt we shouldn't play around. I still think he thought Saddam would be an easy target, and we needed to get situated in the ME. Don't think Afghanistan was the right location. No, in this case it's an interpretation. Even so, there are degrees of lying if you want to get into semantics.

I don't feel he lied, and I still don't think we'll ever know all the info he was getting.
