Again, you're trying to get me to disprove your argument.

Doesn't work that way -- it's YOUR respobsibility to prove that there was a contradiction, whuch necessitates that you prove that conbditions remained the same between the time of both statements.

Uh, yeah, isn't that the point? And also to prove your own argument:

You are the one who is arguing that Bush's statement wasn't necessarily a lie because conditions may have changed. If Bush was telling the truth, then SH had to have acquired WMD in that time frame. If you can't prove there was a change in SH's inventory to support Bush's statement, then my argument stands, Bush lied.

Do you believe Bush was telling the truth when he said there was no doubt SH possessed "the most lethal weapons ever devised"? If so, how did he prove that to you?

The onus is on you to prove yourself correct.
You have failed, miserably, to do so.

This was based on what we now know as bad intelligence. The intelligence available to Bush at the time of the statement pointed to this. He didn't lie, he had bad intelligence. No matter how much you want to believe Bush lied, you have no proof. I do however applaud your effort. You at least gave it a shot, which is more than the Sgt. even attempted.

Well, there is also the part where he needs to show that Bush made a statement that he knew to be false.

But, given that he apparently doesn't understand what creates a 'contradiction' and that the onus is on him to prove each part of his argument, I don't excpect any such thing to ever be attempted, much less acheived.
