Why should he apologize for his opinion? And why should he resign simply because he disagrees with some folks he works with?

No doubt! How dare he suggest we take care of our problems at home first before running around engaging in expensive and prolonged war everywhere else! The nerve of that guy.

He should apologize for asserting that the President finds U.S. soldiers getting their heads blown off amusing and that our soldiers are over there blowing up innocent people.

Yeah I know. Stupid people speaking their mind and dissenting against Presidential policy which has only cost tons of money, exacerbated the war on terror, and claimed the lives of many Americans. Why we should do something about outrages like this! We should make it so no one can ever say anything offensive again! Stupid jerks and their independent thought....why it'll be the end of us all!

Our soldiers are over there blowing up innocent people...I'm not sure how that point is even arguable, unless you think that there are serious threats from toddler terrorists.

I seriously doubt the Prez is amused by our soldiers getting their heads blown off. Probably "inspired" would be the right word.
