Yes, I did. It was his opinion. Obviously there are people who aren't going to agree with it. That doesn't mean that he didn't have a right to say what he said. That's it. Group them all together and make sweeping judgments about them all. Judging people on an individual basis is far too complicated.

I think there are some of our soldiers who do kill innocents on purpose. However, I think that these are extremely isolated incidents and these soldiers are and have been punished appropriately. I think it would be foolish to assume that all soldiers aren't capable of doing this.
