New York Post loses millions and millions of dollars a year.

Good for you.

Actually the market for talk on the radio has grown and grown and grown. How many times have you called in to a show?
I've actually called in once when I was 16 and Larry King was still on AM radio.

For liberals to say they have no free speech is ludicrous.
Where did I say they didn't?

They simply want to silence speech they don't agree with.
Absolute rubbish, if anyone is trying to silence free speech it is the right wing from attempting to buy up the public airwaves to draconian politically motivated enforcement by the FCC.

That's my point.

And you can do the same. You can even start your own newspaper can't you.

Free speech is great isn't it.

The left wing is just as free to buy radio stations or produce revenue producing programming which owners will run. Just because the right speaks out doesn't deny the left their right.

What enforcement?

Those who make excuses for the fairness doctrine would be singing a different tune if we applied it to colleges and universities.

Or newspapers....

Or the TV.,....

I'm guessing that links for human shields is too much to ask.
Human shields are people like Murtha (I'm a veteran so you can't question my smears against the troops or my treasonous defeatism), Sheehan (my son died, so you can't challenge my hysteria), etc.

And the invented partisan scandals I'm referring to are things like the Gonzales farce. A man who did nothing out of the ordinary in firing political appointees for political reasons, hysterically railroaded out of office by those who've abused this practice more than anyone.

Both of these are ways of silencing people who you cannot contend with intellectually or politically.
