Alright now.....its about time. Hillary is being investigated by the FBI. But do note how the MS media is attempting to not use the word Investigate. What the FBI is doing is called an investigation. Yet for some reason the MS media wants to play with word terminology. The American people need to jump on the MS media about that. They are not in the business to protect Hillary's feelings, nor any of her Cult following.

Bottomline let these Clintonistas know, let the Demos know, let the liberals and Progs know and most especially.....let those Illberals of the lefts alleged Hard corp know that is exactly what is taking place. The word is Investigation. Hillary is under investigation. Where there is smoke, there is fire. Now let the left put that reality in their pipe and smoke it. What say ye?






FBI looking into security of Clinton private email account: Washington Post.....


The FBI has begun looking into the security of Hillary Clinton’s private email setup, contacting in the past week a Denver-based technology firm that helped manage the unusual system, the Washington Post reported on Tuesday, citing two government officials.

The FBI last week also contacted Clinton's lawyer, David Kendall, with questions about the security of a thumb drive in his possession that contains copies of work emails Clinton sent during her time as secretary of state, the Post said.

"The government is seeking assurance about the storage of those materials. We are actively cooperating," Kendall said in a statement......snip~

Unless the FBI suspects that HRC has broken the law (improperly took/stored classified material) then what is to "look into"? I don't care if that server was stored in a fortress and/or had the world's best firewall/security features. If HRC gave access to classified material to her lawyer (or any other uncleared person) that alone is a federal crime. The investigation should consist of: 1) is David Kendall cleared? and 2) did HRC give him (or any other uncleared person) access to the classified material on her server? That should take very little time to complete. The most moronic part of HRC's (very lame?) argument is that the content of the e-mails on her server was not classified at the time they were sent/received - was that material classified at the time it was given to Kendall is the issue now.

I have my doubts on this getting all that far, but if they have enough evidence for suspicions then Clinton should be investigated.

Oh, and it seems Hillary's Attorney Kendall has her thumb drive. Alleged to have all her work emails too. Imagine that!


We learned earlier this week that Clinton did in fact store classified information from at least five different intelligence agencies on her private server, which by the way, is illegal.

The Clinton campaign, and Hillary Clinton herself, have consistently argued Clinton is in the clear because she "didn't send or receive any information that was classified at the time." They make this argument to avoid legal issues with keeping classified information on an unsecure, non-government email server but fail to acknowledge how reckless the practice was. The information Clinton kept on a private server was sensitive enough to either be classified at the time or eventually classified. The information in question clearly should have been kept on a government server for national security purposes, classified or not. Clinton's deliberate decision to use personal email to conduct State Department business was extremely reckless and clearly shows Clinton's lack of regard for protecting highly sensitive information.

As a reminder, General David Petreaus was prosecuted and sentenced for keeping fewer than a dozen pages of classified information locked in a desk drawer at home. In April, he honorably plead guilty to mishandling classified information. If only Clinton would do the same.....snip~

She has broken the law, her email practices were not acceptable. She has broken her agreements with the WH and BO peep. Over two distinct issues.

Mornin Ttwtt. :2wave: The FBI knows Kendall has that thumb Drive. Moreover now it was shown she did send emails. All in the Intel field believe her server was hacked by the Chinese and Russians. Which The FBI should be aware of that with Homeland Security.

Can the justice dept afford to.....not do anything, while under BO. Knowing it can be brought all back up after the election. Wherein Indictments will surely take place. This is worse than what Nixon did.

Ms. Clinton can cooperate by turning over the server and the thumb drive that she and her lawyers are holding in blatant violation of the law. That would begin to demonstrate cooperation. Neither Ms. Clinton nor her lawyer is entitled to retain them for any reason. The law is clear. And people don’t hide things unless they have something to hide. These are supposed to be public records. Failing Ms. Clinton’s relinquishment of the server and the thumb drive within 24 hours, appropriate law enforcement officials armed with search warrants should be proceeding to get both immediately—like tomorrow.

Like the corrupted prosecution of Ted Stevens, this is a special case in which Judge Sullivan may very well have to appoint a special prosecutor and fast, because everyone who wrote to Ms. Clinton about government business at Clinton.com is implicated to some extent. As retired NYPD Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik pointed out in the Observer today, they knew from the email address alone that she was outside the government system. It would be impossible for classified or sensitive information never to have been mentioned in communicating with the Secretary of State when that was the only address she used.

Those with knowledge that she was off the grid would most likely include President Obama, White House Counsel, White House high level staff, all Cabinet members, the Attorney General and associates, and powerful members of Congress. This mess runs deep and wide. A lot of people in the government right now have a vested interest in sweeping this under the rug as quickly and quietly as possible. The challenge would be finding a rug large enough.

Yeah, I have been following this when I get time. I found out why Sullivan used the term "request" in the order. He could not order Clinton, Mills or Huma to do anything since they aren't involved in the suit by Judicial Watch. I guess we will find out more Wednesday.

That's true and then he directed State to make the play. They decided to wait. If I was that Judge.....I would do all I could to make life Difficult for those Democrats at the State Dept. Its a given if any are a Clinton Cult member.

We already know that an eastern European hacker ended up with some of Hillary's unsecured e-mails.

And the pattern over there in Eastern Europe, is they just sell stuff to the highest bidder. Which in this case might be Putin, or it might be Mr. Xi, or it might even be the wealthy Koch brothers over there in the Republican party.

We have no way of knowing where those e-mails might have ended up - but we do know they were hacked, that much we do know.

Eventually we will know who all got hacked.....and which individuals were using private servers. Now the FBI will have no choice but to start putting 2 and 2 together.

If things get to bad for Hillary. She will throw her aides under the bus, without any hesitation.

WASHINGTON – The FBI has taken possession of thumb drives containing Hillary Clinton's emails, some of which have been deemed to contain highly sensitive classified information, according to a U.S. official briefed on the matter.


The official was not authorized to be quoted publicly and spoke on condition of anonymity.


Clinton's lawyer, David Kendall, turned over the emails after the FBI determined that he could not remain in possession of the classified information, the official said. The State Department previously had said it was comfortable with Kendall keeping the emails at his Washington law office.


The news came as Sen. Charles Grassley said two of the emails, which traversed Clinton's insecure home email server, were deemed "Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information," which is among the government's highest classifications.


Grassley said the inspector general of the intelligence community had reported the new details about the higher classification to Congress on Tuesday.


Those two emails were among four that had previously been determined by the inspector general of the intelligence community to have been classified at the time they were sent. The State Department disputes that the emails were classified at the time.


The U.S. official said the FBI recovered at least two thumb drives containing the emails from Kendall. The drives contain around 30,000 emails that Clinton deemed work-related and turned over to the State Department. She destroyed thousands of others that she said were not work-related.
