Bush and Blair found guilty of war crimes for Iraq attack

So, tell us what legal authority issued those summonses.

While you're scratching your head on that one, why did the other countries that sent troops to participate in the invasion receive immunity?

And Congress, where Bush went for approval before sending troops. Some of those were actually Democrats, and the vote was very one sided. And yes, Congress had access to the exact same evidence and documentation that Bush and Blair had.

Along with Bill CLinton, who swore up-n-down that Iraq had nukes. He said he saw the evidence in 98.

Along with Australia and Poland, who both sent troops to be a part of the initial invasion.

I'm interested apdst, if Obama said Lebanon had a suspected nuclear program and WMDs, and then we invaded and didn't find dick, what would you say about that? I only wonder because it seems like you'd impeach him if you found out his **** stinks. Moreover, what if this invasion and occupation, which he said would be short and quick, had no end in sight after 5 years?

Not to sound like an American elitist or anything:liar2 , but what has Malaysia contributed to the world? I know a bunch of you are going to go Google Malaysia right now, find the first thing you can on Wikipedia, and come back and say "this why everyone hates Americans, because of snobs like you" and then state some off the wall fact like how industrialized they are or something. Seriously, someone honestly think of something off the top of their head that makes you say "yeah, that was Malaysia". Haha, won't happen. Also, anyone noticed that this is a country that declares their federal religion as Islam? You ARE Islamic when you are born. Thats the law. Yeah, they're holding some water with their judgements . Hopefully that liberal American professor or whatever he was:cuckoo: that went over there to lead the investigation gets a little taste of Islam when someone declares their hate for him just because he's an American.

Honestly: I'm surprised that they're the only ones to do such a thing since it all began to unfold years back.

For all this time - all the many actions done and accused wrongs committed only a 7 member tribunal council in Malaysia has ruled them guilty of war crimes? (I'm not saying that I agree with this view or feel the same way - but I am surprised that others haven't done this already).

I'm no leftie but I would not object to seeing Blair arrested, though not for this nonsense. High Treason would do it for me, or a good old fashioned act of attainder.

I'm sure that's how some folks felt about the war crime charges levelled against members of the Nazi party or even about the trial of Saddam Hussein. I'm in no way saying that those men didn't deserve to be brought to justice, but what I am saying is just as Americans saw jusifice in the death of Nazi war criminals who committed unlawful and inmoral acts, you'd best be willing to see the same level of justice brought against our nation's leaders when they're accused of wrong-doing on an international scale.

There's plenty of evidence that prove that GW Bush and Tony Blair used false and/or misleading information to justify going to war in Iraq. I see no difference here. They just better be careful where they travel when going abroad in Asia from now on.

Likely, both did things many would consider "Bad" or even illegal. They are Freakin' Politicians...if you don't get it by now you probably never will. Bush was a very poor example of American Ideals, let alone the population. Blair was a *****, was barely in control, and had to deal with Bush....like it or not he had great power due to the office.

I make no excuses, as they should not be excused...but welcome to reality, **** happens.
