Something that most people can't see is the word game about being "tested" used and abused by McCain and Palin.

In reality McCain has never been tested as a "president" confronting several problems, and such was the meaning of Biden when he implied that the world will test [president] Obama in the first six months of his administration.

Too bad that Republicans are so idiots that they misinterpreted the context and they thought that Biden was referring the test as applied to a senator or to a war warrior.

Neither McCain or Obama have been tested to run a country, such issue applies only to the ones who have been presidents once and that are running again for the same position. It can apply indirectly to VPs as well.

Now well, a person can obtain experience in years of service but not necessarily will accredit him as the best candidate because it must be under scrutiny the question of what kind of experience the candidate is talking about.

So, the question to McCain is: "tell us Mr McCain, how have you been tested?" Explain it with full details.

He was a military officer, and proved his metal in battle and survived life and death pressure in a prison. Obama has done nothing of the sort.

c'mon of course McCain has been tested.. he was after all sitting in the cockpit of a plane awaiting an order to go during the Cuban missile crisis. That clearly qualifies him for an international crisis as president

Oh, I see, he was tested when he surrended himself to a civilian in Vietnam to later been taken to prison. Does such qualify him to take care of US as a nation? Are you out of your mind?!

I see it as a mute point, and remember conservatives this point was made during the B.Clinton election and it failed. Some say McCain failed his test with Iraq--an easy win, WMD myth, etc.,,,

I will vote for McCain because he will ease in more Socialism, not tidal wave like Obama will; not on any military service.

Is he gonna suspend his campaign (Presidency?) and rush around struttin' like a banty rooster, then sit meekly in a conference room while the big boys undertake serious business?
