Looking at this from a student's perspective, it seems to be nothing more than frat boys having a bizzare, but fun time. If you notice, there are no other teachers around and I doubt a teacher would be holding the camera(otherwise, why would they put this on youtube if they really cared about doing this in secret?)

I will give it to you though, it is bizzare, and over-the-top.

The whole message seems to be yes we can have a daddy leader who is gonna take care of all are problems for us.
