Current Mood: | George Bush's Crawford P.R. Prop For Sale In Houston, George Bush let something slip out about his home in Crawford, after he had asked cameras to be turned off: Quote:
And now we got a housing issue, not in Houston, and evidently, not in Dallas, because Laura was over there trying to buy a house today. (laugher.. Crawford!)
I like Crawford, unfortunately after eight years of asking her to sacrifice, I’m now no longer the decision maker. She’ll be deciding, thanks for the suggestion! I suggest you don’t yell it out when she’s here. Later, telling her “Hey honey, we’ve been on government pay now for 14 years... so go slow!"
It’s uh.. caused me to lose my train of thought. Anyway.
| It is no secret here in Texas that Bush's Crawford ranch was for show. Bush bought the ranch when he began to run for president, and now that he has no more use for it, it is time to do with it what he has done with the troops - Throw it away.
Bush's Crawford ranch was nothing more than a PR prop, designed to make Bush appear to be what he is NOT. However, the raw feed at channel 13 in Houston tells it all. Watch Bush become completely incoherent. If you are a Bush supporter, then watch the video closely, and see for yourself what you voted for. You don't need to hear any comments from me. A picture is worth a thousand words, and a minute or so of video is worth nearly 8 years of empty words and photo ops.
Court is adjourned.
Article is here. KTRK television article, along with raw feed, is here.

After 8 years of being president, I think we can afford him being candid about the stupid little things. |

He was more into pulling the legs off of frogs, and putting firecrackers in them. If he hadn't gotten into politics, he could have become the next Ted Bundy. Who knows? |
