Fault lies with the democrats just like it does with the republicans.

There, are you happy that I stated the obvious for you?
Hmmm, let's take a look at your post:

The "Democrats did nothing to . . . prevent the attacks on 9-11 so why not link them to the bombing?" And you describe it being a "pretty strong tie." Such statements are more than stating that there is a "reasonable association."

Anyway, your statement above about how Clinton was the President and thus represented the entire Democratic party is really stretching it, jallman. First of all, Bill Clinton was President from 1993 to 2000. We're in 2008. How you can impose what Clinton did or did not do back during that time period on the here and now is beyond my tender sensibilities. It makes no sense. Sorry, but we have had a Republican in the White House since January 2001. If we sustain another attack, are you going to blame the Democrats or Bill Clinton for such attack?

Yes, Clinton was president from 1993 to 2000 and the bombing depicted on that billboard happened when? Your point about it being 2008 is irrelevant to the topic of the 9-11 bombing.

Now post something else for me to refute.

You think what you did was refute my post?

Bush was president when the 9-11 attacks occurred. Also, that billboard is for elections AFTER that incident. I'm sorry, but can you tell me how an occurrence that happened during Bush's watch is so closely linked to the Democrats--7 years later?

I know that's what I did.

For eight years Clinton didn't take the Bin Laden problem seriously. Eight years of inactivity is far more noticeable than 9 months.

And yes, it can be tied. Last time we had a commander in chief who was lax in his approach to national security, it was a democrat. In the aftermath of that period, we were attacked as depicted on that billboard. I don't want to go back to 7 years ago. The billboard makes that argument.

Get over it aps. The billboard makes a true statement. I am sorry you don't like the statement. There's a lot of statements about Bush I don't like either. Doesn't mean they aren't valid.

Did you ever read this interview?

It's crazy.

Whatever, jallman. This is it for me. I am done dealing with you. You aren't the person who was posting way back when. You're condescending all the time. You're obnoxious on top of that. And you no longer exude the intelligent, sophisticated person that you used you. This kind of behavior is beneath me.

Buh-bye.

Good riddance. I get sick of your flying off the handle and going menstrual on anyone who doesn't agree with you. I am not bothered in the least that you find me obnoxious because it is a mutual feeling. You exude nothing but postpartum angst and emotional belches that make me think conversing with cat sick would be more productive and less offensive.

Like I said...good riddance.
