Right now, its all classical liberalism vs. Neo conservativism. As of now, neo-conservatives own all parties. Pelosi is a Neo-con, Bush is a Neo-con, McCain, Liberman, HRC, etc. | |

Alright, to the Paleoconservatives or Libertarian-minded folk, Liberals are anyone but themselves (sometimes going so far as to claim they are "socialists"-perhaps irregardless of the fact that they are not). To Liberals, they sit in amusement that their ideology has become an insult. To Neoconservatives, liberals are those like the new-left.
I'm closer to a Neoconservative, myself, but I don't believe I fit in with the Bush crowd much.

I don't understand the point of labelling oneself as being any of the political parties.
Especially politicians. I don't give a flying **** what party anyone belongs to. Just tell me where you stand on the issues and I'll decide if you're wrong or not.
