The production value on this made me think it was real so I checked the source just to make sure. Anything like this on national television would be political suicide.

When your side has lost the debate on the issues & support positions that are unpopular with the electorate only to later try to ram through your agenda via the courts, all you can really do is put out libelous MTV-style smears of your opposition.

Yeah, I forgot that I was a segregationist. If time doesn't matter anymore why don't we criticize the Democrats for slavery and the trail of tears

Well, the Republican Jesus, Ronald Reagan, was not too hot on the Civil Rights Act. States Rights All The Way!

Which is why, Democrats hold the majority of offices at all levels of government, city councils all the way to the federal government, and outnumber Republicans in party affiliation.... All because of their being so unpopular.

Its why the Republicans despite actually having a majority for 12 years (one of the few times in the last century they have held a majority for any length of time), did not have the popular support to get hardly any of their agenda enacted. Because the Democrats are so unpopular.

Until Republicans wake up and move more to the center, they are going to keep losing elections.

As to the video, a during a typical day of right wing talk radio, far worse is said about Democrats then that little tongue-in-cheek video. Besides, half of what was brought up in that video, cons have actually argued in favor of on here.

The overall left-wing party objectives of the democrat party are within reach because of blue-dog democrats that have out-conservative'd Republican incumbents to pick up House & Senate seats.

Then again, they may not be.

The Blue-dogs are beholden to the conservative voters that helped elect them. Therefore we may see some real fractioning within the Democrat party in the years to come.

Ask the GOP what happens when the tent gets too big.

The segregationist states were an uninterrupted blanket of Democrats.

If you actually listened to talk radio then you'd hear a lot of talk about the childish mis-representations of Conservatism & traditional American culture the left constantly trots out in hopes to create a self-imposed pessimism & antipathy for one's country in order to set the groundwork for their socially-engineered, equal-outcomes based, nanny-state utopia.

Much like that video.
