This post is intended to describe some reforms to the United States government, presented here for discussion amongst us. Esta cuartada recuerdas un listo de todos alles reformas de los Perósevitas pequadradas, y escríbelo para discucíon de todos alles nosotras.
Of the reforms:
1. Reformas de La Financíalo Systémico
To put it simply, I would reccommend a 10% flat income tax to all businesses and legal entities whose gross income is $2000 dollars above the poverty line. This would apply to all businesses within the united states, and to all citizens living here or abroad, and to all Immigrantes Iligales, under penalty of deportation if the taxes are not paid.
I like this plan for several reasons. One, it is easy to implement, as almost all businesses would enjoy higher profits, it's also hard to create loopholes due to it's simplicity. What's more, it encourages people to make more money, and thus increases tax revenue a bit. Also, it would reduce the federal budget just enough to make fiscal responsibility a larger necessity. In order to allocate the budge, most pork would have to be cut out, and wasteful spending would need to be minimized. It also reduces the temptation to create large federal beauracracies, and instead favors allocating money towards local governments based on population, which is more efficient, at least in theory.
2. Reformas al Búdgeto de El Estados Unidos
In this area, I would reccomend an earmark of 10% of the budget towards higher-education, 10% each year on infrastructure development, including public bathing facilities, urban renewal, and public transit, then, 10% of the budget on keeping our military capable of defending the country, 30% of the budget on New Research Grants, and the last 30% of the budget to be allocated to state governments based on level of population.
These allocations are meant to bolster the strengths of our nation while mending our weaknesses. It's true that our primary education system is not the best, but the American Higher education system is regarded as the best world-wide. By keeping this investment, we can atract the best and the brightest from other countries, immigrants who will naturalize into americans and provide value to our nation. This is complemented by the 30% towards research and development, which historically has been the highest in the world until recent years. historically, america has had more inventions than any other nation on earth. We need to maintain this. Upkeepking infrastructure is a vital interest and source of national pride, and is sorely needed now, especially since private enterprise is practically incapable of creating public goods for all to use. Our military is a giant behemoth, but because it is so strong, there is too much temptation to meddle in other countries affairs by ourselves, causing over-extension and using too much domestic gdp. A smaller military capable of defending our country is perfectly possible with a 10% budget. consider china, the worlds highest spender on military besides the united states: China spends about 7% of what we spend on our military. Obviously, we are getting a little carried away. International conflicts, on the other hand, would still be handled by international coalitions. This would improve our image in the World, which increasingly sees us as imperialistic overlords insensitive to native demands.
Finally, I don't remember who said that local government is best, but it certainly rings true. Local governments have faster reaction times, better understanding of the needs of their community, and less red tape beauracracy than national governments. What's more, the community itself has a greater position to make it's will felt in local government rather than the feds.
3. Reformas a la política exterior
Open Markets and Free trade is important to the United States. Thus, I reccommend that when the dollar is weak, the government offer incentives to foreign investment. This will increase Gross domestic product(the production is, after all, produced domestically), create jobs at a time when they are most needed, and accelerate the building of infrastructure as well as giving us more manufacturing capabilities. On the other hand, when the dollar is high, the united states should invest in developing countries with stable governments to produce consumer goods and market staples efficiently and cheaply. These two policies would have the benefit of low prices to american consumers, and high export profits, which should not be entered into the treasury. Rather, all profits from exports should go towards repayment of foreign debt. This is ideal, because it means we can then have a consistent way to reduce debt without increasing spending nor raising taxes.
4. Reforma a la política domestica
The government should increase civil rights. Also, the government, instead of regulating industry too heavily, should actively acquire information about private industry, and make that information freely available without copyright and make it easy to access such information. This would include the ingredients and materials and chemicals in food and products, workplace safety ratings, environmental friendliness indexes, price indexes, consumer reports, incidents of fraudulent businesses, primary school ratings, services available in local areas, etc etc, along with complete explanations of the criteria for each index and information tidbit. Hopefully, this will empower the consumer to purchase their goods from reputable companies, help them avoid being taken for a ride, find a good place to live, etc etc. The government should provide as much information at no charge to it's citizens of this sort as possible.

These are particularly of my own opinion; they are not meant to be taken as part of the reform suggestions as a whole. They are simply some things that I personally would like to see:
Bien, esto completas eso listo de La Reforma de los Perósevitas Pequadradas, y espero para muy discusíon sobre esto tópico interesante. Muchas Gracias, Speco bis buro!

These are particularly of my own opinion; they are not meant to be taken as part of the reform suggestions as a whole. They are simply some things that I personally would like to see:
- Legalize pot, tax it.
- raise the driving age -> 20 yrs.
- raise the age of consent -> 20 yrs
- legalize gay marriage
- anti-discrimination laws
- everything else -> local government.
