The book in question is way more expensive on Amazon, where there is a middle-man to pay. It is sold primarily in person at public speaking engagements and everyone is told to buy it the cheaper way, through the other site. As usual, you have no idea what you are talking about and continue lowering the IQ of this thread.

Actually I understand from another thread about Aqua's book that the Amazon service lets people upload their own work, design a cover and then start selling through Amazon. I'm assuming that Amazon is doing it through their specialized made to order book system.
