Chickens come home to roost for Trump

Podesta On David Brock: Crazy Is As Crazy Does | The Daily Caller

Brock is a loser. Even the Clinton camp thinks he is "bat**** crazy". He has no purpose in life now that Clinton has lost the election so this is his pathetic attempt to stay valid. It won't work.

Hillary Clinton is out of the picture like a fart in the wind and you might be surprised what a vacuum of leadership will produce. I am not sure how WikiLeaks emails are going to be of any use in the new political environment. They fulfilled their task but they can't speak to the aftermath of the election.

They have to figure out what their direction will be before they will find just one person to fill it. I see three directions that the Democrats could follow. Two of them are losers.

We haven't heard the last of the "Podesta emails".

And when the economy goes down the tubes, what will you say then? There is no way we won't be in a recession by the middle of Trump's only term. Trump's train wreck will rival 2008.

Greetings, iguanaman. :2wave:

IF there is a recession/depression by the middle of 2018, it will be a worldwide one - which has already been predicted by many experts for over a year, and has nothing to do with who is POTUS.

Sadly for all the billions living on this planet, there is just too much debt being carried by too many countries around the globe not to reach the breaking point soon, which is why currency manipulation is currently taking place, and is causing trade problems between countries, etc, etc, . . . . but, as usual, the little guys/dolls, not the elite of every country, will be the ones most harmed when the global underpinnings start collapsing.

It seems to naive to look at his cabinet, experience level, temperament, language on international relations, and even his call to Taiwan and not have some concern. I can't sit here believe he is going to be a highly successful leader without ignoring the reality of his campaign and everything following. I feel concerned. I have never felt like this about a president getting elected before.

I think most of the world, including me, is holding its collective breath: There has never been a President like Trump. But as I've said, he is going to be our new President, and for the nation's sake, I hope he's a successful one.

I understand the reality that he is going to become the president, but I can't simply ignore my concerns. I also don't think it's a matter of patriotism to ignore one's concerns about a president's policies. I believe every president should be challenged by the people, and should address their policy concerns, security concerns, etc. I simply don't have trust in Trump's ability at this moment.

I am not part of the #notmypresident coalition or anything like that. I am just a concerned person. I have never been concerned about an incoming president like this before, so it's not a political bias issue either.

Funny thing about that. No...the nation doesnt deserve better than Trump. The nation selected him. And those that couldnt be bothered to vote...well...they 'represent' themselves well.

People want to act like...golly...we dont know how Trump won! Gosh....how did he get there? In case you and others missed it...

The GOP blows.
The rat party blows.
Hillary Clinton is a total piece of ****.
The 16 other GOP candidates were too busy trying to pander to special interest groups to figure out what the people wanted.
The Rat party ****ed over Bernie Sanders and his supporters.
Congress has done nothing but fail for decades.
Hollywood underestimated just how little the citizens of this country care about them or worse...despise them.
The media cant figure out why the people in this country dont trust them.
The vast majority of the states in this country are smart enough to see illegal immigration (ILLEGAL immigration) as a problem.
The vast majority of the states in this country are smart enough to recognize Islamic Fundamentalists represent a threat to the world and to this country.
FOr all the bleating about how swell the economy is, we have more people than ever that have dropped out of the workforce and are simply no longer counted as unemployed.
Massive numbers of college students face a mountain of student loan debt and possess worthless degress with no prospect of paying off their loans or finding work in their degree field.
Massive numbers of people are un-underemployed.

Thats a start.

Trump is many things. Yes...he is a douchebag. He is also NOT a typical rat or GOP politician. He is a businessman and has the potential to work to reinvigorate the economy. Unfortunately for the country...he will spend 4 years battling a concerted effort by the rats, the GOP, the media, and others that would rather see the country die as long as it meant Trump will not be successful.

Gosh it sounds like you have been under a rock for the whole public career of Trump. Trump is only capable of being Trump and doing things that Trump does. When one takes in account Trump and put that into the job that he was elected for, one cannot just ignore how that won't work out good for the nation. Yes I get it, don't purposely try and sabotage the president since it affects the entire nation. There was 8 years of the Republicans trying to oust Obama. By doing exactly what you are talking about. The Republicans wanted the economy to tank so Obama/liberals/progressives/DNC would take a hit in popularity. Apparently it worked, the Republicans won. Pretty much the outcome of that is that Americans are divided. Confidence in our government has gone down hill in a big way. It stands to reason that 8 years wont be heeled by Trump being Trump. Nor will anything be fixed by gloating Conservatives attacking Liberals. And vice versa. The key problem is that our two dominating political parties only care about taking over the government to save us from the opposing team.

Great freaking post

Couldn't have said it any better

;)

You should have simply stopped there. No reason to mix in hyperbole with the truth.

How odd...

You have completely bought into the propaganda flushed into your mind by the Democrat party and the Clinton Political machine.

You don't seem to recognize that crap as crap and seem very happy about your blind bias.

Don't feel alone though. There are several people as prejudiced and close minded as you and they, too, are happy about their elitist dismissal of facts.

Out of curiosity, do you have any complete thoughts on this topic?

What goes around comes around. Unlike other presidential campaigns where both sides can lick their wounds when the dust settles and get down to business, this one may never end. It will be the bitter price Trump will pay for many of the tactics his campaign chose to employ. You don't spit in the face of your opponent time and time again and then expect things to be hunky dory when the election is over. As I predicted before, his campaign has provided a blue print of some truly nasty ways to undermine supporter confidence, destroy approval, and caste someone in the worst possible light. Facts are no longer important. I imagine if the GOP had been the party of No during Obama's term then Democrats now have the incentive to be the party of Hell No. But we can wait and see if Trump will face an insurgency to mirror what his campaign did to Clinton.

Ah yes. The new party of no, not listening to voters. Oh yeah. I forgot, Hillary won the popular vote (thanks to California). The biggest mistake that Democrats can do is not learning from the election and keeping their heads in the sand. They seem to totally forget that Trump won not only all of the battleground states, but BLUE states to. But, carry on.

Even after winning his campaign has conducted itself horribly. Conway has been on air calling people snowflakes and "a pack of losers." Then every now and then, they put Trump out asking for unity, etc. It looks and sounds really insincere. It's typical Trump behavior like "nobody has more respect for women than me." Yeah, right... haha

They can't get the messaging right, and their behavior only divides people further. They didn't even win the popular vote, so they should be seeking support of people instead of getting defensive and hurling insults.

Hillary spent every single day running negative ads against Trump, calling him every name in the book, this after claiming during the convention that she was going to run a positive campaign, based on the issues. She did not do any of that.

There is no doubt in my mind that the left will attack Trump daily for the next four years. I don't think it matters. Trump will ignore it as he should.

Boo ****ing hoo. Trump's entire campaign was negativity.

Right and Trump ran an "honorable" campaign and never ran any negative ads or called Hillary any names......riiiiiight. Any more horse puckies you want to throw out there about Pumpkinfuhrer Trump?

cons excused Republicans of being the party of no because they said they had an obligation to their Republican constituents to fight Obama on everything, so doesn't the Democrats have an obligation to do the same for theirs? What's good for the goose and all right con?

What happened to, "When they go low, we go high"? Hillary never went high even one time, right out of the gate. Just another notch in her bedpost full of lies. And, what happened to accepting the election results? Yet another notch. The left always claims the high road but it is nothing but rhetoric because they have never taken the high road. They don't even know which road it is. Same with Hillary & Co. rigging the election against Bernie.

That was Hillary and last I checked, she doesn't speak for everyone on every situation. I know that individuality thing sucks for you conservatives huh?

And recounts are PART of the political process that I know you guys hate. Too bad. All you have proven is your ignorant comments are just that....ignorant.

Just saying that the Democrats are the new party of no. Again, what happened to, "When they go low, we go high"? What happened to accepting the election results? Democrats claim to be superior to the other side and yet they are nothing but hypocrites because they are the very same as the other side. Trump exposed them for the frauds they really are.

Recounts are part of the election process, we know you hate freedom and democracy. As for the "when they go low, we go high", where did I say that EVER? Oh yeah, I didn't. The hypocrites are Republicans.

We'll see who is ignorant when the recounts are over. Who do you think will be sworn in, in January? Want to make any bets?

I hate freedom and Democracy? I'm not the one in denial over the election and claiming that Trump is not my president.

I think it will be Trump, but what does that have to do with your BS comments? Oh yeah, nothing. You've only continued to prove your comments are ignorant.

I haven't claimed that Trump won't be my president. any more straw men you want to regurgitate from ignorant right-wing sites?

Just keep thinking that it's all about the other guy and not about your guy. That's what got you into this situation - the arrogance of thinking that the Dems. were unbeatable and there wasn't any negatives they had to address/fix. All we're seeing from the Dem. leadership is a doubling down of the same crap that lost them this election across the board. Until the Dems. realize that THEY are the problem and stop blaming everyone else, they will continue their slow descent into irrelevancy.
