I am torn on this issue, as I think Romney would make a fine SoS.

He's savvy, calm, controlled, and not easily provoked. Perfect to represent us on the foreign stage.

Choosing him would be a very wise decision. I don't want trump making any wise decisions.

I would prefer he pick a right wing Fascist, or a idiotic loon like Palin or Carson.

So torn I am.

I don't think so. I caught a couple of minutes of Megyn Kelly tonight, and a man whom she referred to as "Jason" scoffed at this. My impression from what little I heard is that he was in the room and that Conway pretty much asked Trump's permission to speak.

But that all happened after the Sunday Talk shows where it shows her as Senior Adviser. No longer Campaign Manager and no not some high position or post like Chief of Staff...

She's obviously not listed as Campaign Manager since there's no campaign to manage, and Bannon is Chief of Staff. What else is she supposed to be labeled as?

You are correct in that she was a huge reason he got elected but it was for her strategic ability, not her talent in keeping his phone away from him. She said that wasn't her job. I don't think anyone can do that.

But a big part of that in turn was keeping Trump from tweeting insults at people in the early morning hours; in other words, being able to convince enough people that that sort of thing wasn't going to be Trump's standard MO. Of course, we'll see what he does now that he's elected.

Yes of course, but it doesn't seem like Kellyanne will or has had as much power directly after like these guys did. Time will tell of course, but I think she's on the way out. Especially if Trump likes Romney for Secy of State.

I have never heard an important Senior Adviser publicly fighting and disagreeing with their boss on the sunday talk shows like Kellyanne has. If she had that power, why isn't she telling that to Trump in person? Makes me think that she doesn't have that power or his ear anymore. Of course I could be wrong, and she could just be putting on a good old show to fool the Trumpkins.

Well now I read someplace that she is expected to take an out of government lobbying job, not just a job actually, she is supposed to be the boss of a "firm" or what ever these political pressure groups are called.

If this is so she should should not be connected to Trump at all right now.
