How Trump should comfort the public while undermining the fear mongering

I started a thread a few months ago talking about how Trump often seemed to be tone deaf, and that he was handing his 'critics'(myself included) the ammunition they could use(or exaggerate) in order to criticize(or crucify) him.

Right now, we are at one of those crossroads where he could make some common sense decisions that would go a long way to create some good faith in the American public.

What he should OBVIOUSLY do:

1. Appoint a more diverse group of staffers. Diversity is more than skin deep, but unfortunately, with some people, diversity is only skin deep. Either way, pick people of all races, religions and cultures.

2. Continue encouraging businesses to invent and produce environmentally friendly products and move forward with green energy.
**>> Ban some of the ridiculous, environmentally damaging products like 8oz - 24oz. water bottles already!

3. Don't move against early term abortion, but oppose partial birth abortion like the plague!

4. Secure the border, BUT try hard to come up with a real, workable path to citizenship for NON-criminal illegal immigrants.

5. Speak to minority communities, and work with reasonable minority leaders to create policies to help them with things like dealing with school drop out rates being high, and bring back Bush's school voucher program that was stopped by Obama.

6. Ensure Americans that Obama's increased Medicaid roles and pre existing health conditions will remain, but the bulk of the failing aspects will be overhauled due to skyrocketing prices and increasingly higher deductibles.

7. Allow health insurance companies to do business over state lines to reduce customer costs, and allow them to create customized plans for customers, while working to stop drug companies from charging inconsistent prices.

8. Work to stop the bleeding of American jobs. Globalism shouldn't come at the cost of ANY more American jobs! We've hemorrhaged enough jobs to China!

9. Give regular speeches directly to the public in order to counteract the MSM's non-stop attempts to demonize you. Tell them the truth and show them what you are doing to improve things(because you can't count on the media to do it).

And, 10. Create term limits for every elected office! Change the term periods served by US senators and US congressmen/women to either 4 or 6 years(instead of the current term periods), and limit the number of terms they can be elected to serve to 2 or 3. In other words, if senators and congressmen are to serve 4 year terms, then limit them to 3 terms, but if terms last 6 years, they should be limited to 2 terms(allowing a maximum of 12 years in office either way).
