Tonight opening remarks from Trump could save him

I tend to agree with these first two comments, and was surprised at the sudden turn of opinion in your most recent comments.

He only made a lewd comment, he didn't say he actually did the thing he said that so offended women. While he did admit to attempted adultery, many people engage in that sort of thing...from active "swingers" with the tacit approval or willing participation of their spouses, to sneaky men and women who don't want a divorce but do want something outside the marital bed.

I can't vote for Hillary because this faux pas of Trump's from back in 2005 does not excuse all her faults which prevented me from voting for her in the first place. I can't waste my vote on a third party candidate unless that candidate shows he/she could REALLY win. I'll still vote Trump simply because there is no other viable alternative. :shrug:

I don't see myself voting for president this cycle. What is purported he said about his daughter on Stern's radio show is beyond the pale. Never say never, I guess, but...

That's not true.

There's always a way to package something in a manner someone will buy.

I mean if Trump were running against a dynamic, trusted, articulate candidate, like FDR or JFK he'd be toast, but his opponent isn't herself well liked, you don't have to be a saint, just sell yourself better then another unpopular figure, and vice versa for Hillary, so there is a chance he can astound everyone.

He's had over 48 hours to make statements.

His non-apology apology showed no regret, no remorse, no real awareness.

He has already attacked Hillary and Bill Clinton this weekend several times, including in what should have been apology statements.

When did he change? Sunday afternoon? Nothing happened since 2005 that would initiate a change in his behavior. He was already married, he was already a celebrity, no one called him on it, he had fun listening to Howard Stern call his daughter a "piece of ass." He hasn't changed. He got caught.

You are wasting your time. He won't save himself. He's done. Get ready for another Clinton presidency.

I actually think Hillary is scum because she keeps on bringing up this stuff over and over and over again. She should just keep her mouth shut and let Trump hang himself by his own noose. The fact that she takes a man who is down and continually kicks and spits on him only shows that she has no high road to take herself. Instead of telling Americans what she wants to do for them all she can do is bring up the Donald's many shortcomings. I would actually be impressed with her if she doesn't even bring up any of this in the debate.

Lets see how she handles it. Most experts agree with you or say she should say as little as possible after a short but stern condemnation of it.

Why are you unable to explain yourself and give a straight answer as to what was substantively wrong with my advice to Trump? You seem to be railing against that it came from me rather than some fault with the content of the advice itself.

Well a few are required to ignore them, and the others are trained to ignore them.

This coordinated counter attack by her MSM partners, commanded by Hillary, does little to erase the damning revelations she and her machine are trying to bury. Trump should hammer her in these revelations, and her willingness to destroy people like Billy Bush to claw her way to the throne she is willing to sell her soul to the devil to obtain.

I don't think she should mention it at all. I mean, what would be the point? Would it actually change anyone's mind? If there is anyone out there that is this low information then they are going to vote for who they are going to vote for and this would make no difference to them anyway. This should be very interesting being a town hall style debate. One thing I will say is that this really takes away Trump's ammunition to attack Bill Clinton so if this is going to be Trump's tack then he is basically saying that if Billy Boy can do this then why can't I? Hellofa reason to say that he should be president and what he can do for the country.

What is twice as funny is that I cheered on Trump through the primary season and strongly urged the Party nominate him.

I stated quite clearly that I wanted Trump to win the nomination because not only was he the weakest GOP candidate and would lose - but there was a double bonus that he would split the Republican party. And events have proven me 100% correct.

And what is funny is that you folks on the far right were told that if you did this it would destroy you in just the way predicted and you went ahead and did it anyway. That strikes me as downright hilarious.

Repeating the same mantra might be a sign of your unwavering belief and faith but it is also a sign of your inability to actually say what was wrong with the substance of my advice as to what Trump should do in the debate.

I would go even further to say that your continued responses show a complete lack of rational thought and an inability to speak to the issue and the implications of that are dangerous - not for me - but certainly for you.

And what you keep repeating is online attack on the source of the advice as not being of the same faith as you are. And that is an attack and says nothing at all about the substance of the advice.

Trying to argue this with you is like going into a mental institution and trying to convince the self proclaimed Napoleon that he is not the French Emperor.
