I imagine her normal speaking voice is different. (Not sure about the laugh, though.) Just as some men can sound whiny, some women have to work at not sounding shrill, and Hillary Clinton is one of them.

NASCAR voices. Have you ever listened to NASCAR racers? My wife has a deeper voice than most NASCAR race drivers.
