Has anyone released demographics on them?

When I think of a typical Trump household, I imagine the dad sexting 19-year-olds on Tindr, and the mom constantly browbeating everyone they know on social media to buy their jamberry garbage in a desperate attempt to avoid having to get a real job. Both are at least 60 pounds overweight and their kids are named "Braedyn" or "Kynzlee."

How close does that come?

A quick google says this:

First, Trump’s support is not particularly ideological. In recent YouGov polls, 20 percent of his supporters describe themselves as “liberal” or “moderate,” with 65 percent saying they are “conservative” and only 13 percent labeling themselves as “very conservative.” Less than a third of his supporters say they are involved with the Tea Party movement. Their views put them on the right side of the American electorate, but they cover the Republican mainstream.

Who Are Trump's Supporters? | RealClearPolitics

Thread should be flushed to the basement for sounding like something TMZ would publish.

His supporters are, from everything I've seen in my own family, usually low-information voters, not particularly religious, and very, very angry. Angry about their economic situation, angry at the GOP, angry about the state of the union, angry at Obama, angry about everything.

There are two types of Trump supporters. The first group of trump voters are low information voters. They complain about the establishment, the complain about republicans siding with democrats, they espouse conservative beliefs. That does not make them low information voters. What makes them low information voters is the fact they support a guy who supports and praises the establishment, made donations to various establishment candidates and espouses liberal beliefs and what ever conservative beliefs he does he goes back and fourth on them. This would be like if Rush Limbaugh ran for president and hypothetically donated to various conservative candidates all of a sudden started espousing lib-tard socialist beliefs and his supporters were like yeah we are so sick of democrats siding with republicans, we want someone who tells it like it is and we want a real socialist and Rush Limbaugh went back and fourth on those lib-tard socialist beliefs.. No democrat in their right mind would ever fall for it.

The other group are democrats trying to rat **** the republican primary. This is why Trump does well in open primary states and why there are stories of democrats registering as republicans to vote for Trump.

I agree with the angry thing...completely fed up and frustrated and so over your regular politician

although I would not support him, I can understand why a certain demographic would

A vote for Donald is a vote for Hillary.

They're people who are interested in "breaking" Washington, and have expressed fairly little interest in what rises out of the dust. This is why they don't care how insane Trump sounds and how much he lies to everyone. They believe he brings chaos and that's good enough for them.

I actually wanted a chaos candidate to stir up Washington for a while - until Donald started to rise in the polls. The novelty wears thin extremely quickly when they're a fat sack of **** who want to commit war crimes and wipe their ass with the constitution.

Well that's what chaos is. Chaos is war crimes and abandoning such principles as we have in the Constitution.

There are many kinds of chaos. About as many as there are of order, in fact. All I want is the dissolution of our two-party system, without an all-out civil war to break out. If the system has gotten us to the point that Donald Trump is a frontrunner due to sheer spite for for own leaders, it's clearly broken, and I believe that even if we were to fix it in it's current state, we'd be right back where we are in fifty years.

Something has to give eventually.

because you don't like the way it is phrazed, we shouldn't discuss it

This is clearly a partisan thread that belongs in the basement. Substitute Obama for Trump in the title, and this thread would already be in Danareas Sewer.

How many times are you going to ask the question. Thread after thread has posed this question and been answered over and over again. You have your answer, and the anti-Trumpeteers just don't like the answer. So you keep asking the question hoping for an answer you like.

The demographics reveal his supporters are a cross section of well, everyone. College educated, non-college educated. evangelicals and non-religious. His support is the most diverse of any of the candidates, either party. The haters are of a similar demographic.

baloney....you and your ilk crap all over this forum when the name Obama is mentioned..if they were all relegated to the basement I would never see them since I never go there

you have participated recently in a few threads which were below the level of partisian in fact one of your posse got banned and they were down right in favour of discrimination...which we tolerated ...and now you want censorship because it sheds light on a dark area you would like to remain hidden?

sorry for your luck Sport

Sure Kynzlee.

Sorry, but chaos is chaos. You were extremely naive if you believed that chaos equaled "whatever resulting political system I want." Chaos is having no control over what circumstances result. That's why it's called "chaos."
