Only in 2016 could a socialist candidate be doing well in the north while a liberal democrat sweeps the deep south. Awhile ago, I wrote that Cruz has a Hillary problem because he constantly lies just like her. However, Hillary might also have a Cruz problem. Many realize that Cruz's future in the race is in doubt and his ability going forward to come towards the middle is in question because it's almost non-existent. He just doesn't do it! Can he win anymore states? Now, that the southern states are nearly done voting?

This comparison between Cruz and Hillary may be striking to some, but Clinton seems to be appealing to the SAME base that Cruz is! She is pushing hard for the African American voters but these African Americans in the deep south are ironically highly religious people. Cruz's base are the white evangelicals, but evangelicals nonetheless. Her problem is Bernie Sanders. Just like how Republicans have an unknown on their side, Bernie is the unknown on the Democrat side. The media and the polls all failed to predict Bernie's win in Michigan and Bernie won last night's CNN debate hands-down! While Hillary has no one to compare herself to on the Democrat side and Democrats have no other choice but her, she has to slide far to the left to appeal to her base, and she is doing that, quite comfortably I might add. That begs the question, is she being forced too far left by Sanders?

What helps Cruz is his willingness to point out how he never wavers and is always consistently conservative. He is able to pivot and point to three other guys on the Republican side to highlight problems with their records. Hillary can't do that, though try as she might it doesn't have the same affect as when Sanders does it to her.

What hurts them both with the populists anyway, are their networks. While Cruz's dark money and super-pacs are only mentioned in passing by a little quip from Trump here or there. Sanders almost constantly rails against Clinton's political network and wall street connections. Those are blows to her with the liberal base and something she can never spin right.

So while Hillary and Cruz may seem to be on opposite sides of the principled coin. They are running the same campaign!

While I respect am of your views - no person running for President has a Cruz problem. Cruz himself is a problem for only himself.

And Carly Fiorina says Trump and Hillary are the sides of the same coin.
How the hell many coins are out there?

The only coin that matters is the one the DNC flips for Hillary to win her delegates!

Cruz has a bigger Hillary problem.

Wait and see who moves into the White House in January.

At least Clinton will not need a map to find the restrooms.

Greetings, bubba. :2wave:

Enough to keep everyone p***ed off, it seems! And while we're being distracted with the 2016 election carnival going on in both parties, this administration is busy continuing to do what they've been doing since 2009 to remake this country into a third world nation. Our debt is now 103 percent of our annual GDP and growing larger every day, there are nearly 50 million people on food stamps so they won't starve; illegals are encouraged to enter our country to be taken care of with our tax dollars that would be better spent on our crumbling infrastructure, IMO; and 100 million people can't find a decent paying job to provide for their families; but Obama just sent $500 million dollars to the corrupt UN, of all places, supposedly to fight climate change, like money can change climate! Unbelievable!

Purely a coincidence.
I hope you're not suggesting our President and Ban Ki-moon would use something like climate change as a method to achieve greater control over the Country and world's population.

After all, 97% of the population in Kenya and Nigeria say Climate Change is more important than food and terrorism.
I think I read that somewhere.
I know it was 97% of something or other.
