Republicans Desperately Seek Alternative

You are both silly. :) This country has survived much worse than Trump or Hillary.

I don't think America would be destroyed, but I wouldn't want to deal with either being the leader of the nation if I didn't have to.

It's also made in jest ;) (although I do think Canada is an awesome country).

I love how conservatives threaten to flee to Canada when things don't go their way, meanwhile Canada is more left wing than even the American left.

I too thought that Trump was just a publicity stunt but the headway he has gained makes me deeply ashamed of being American... that there are people stupid enough to rally behind this person. If Trump by some cosmic joke becomes POTUS, we are totally FUBAR and people should be planning the next revolution in order to change this joke of a system.

I also agree that the general offerings on both sides are garbage. The system is rigged.

Since my preference is gridlock, I favor a general election between a democrat and Trump. Either one should provide the gridlock.

A general election between a Democrat and Trump would end with victory for one or the other, most likely the Democrat.

Yeah that's the thing I don't understand about conservatives threatening to flee to Canada. It makes sense for liberals but not conservatives. Especially when Obama got re-elected and when the ACA got passed. The threats to flee to Canada were utterly ridiculous in that regard. I mean c'mon at least threaten to flee to a place without healthcare for all if you oppose the ACA that much.

It is OK with me as long we achieve gridlock.

I think we would have a better chance with Trump because Hillary has already proven that she won't answer the phone. I am not voting for Trump in the primaries.

Honestly No, whats the point of the republicans spending all that money having 8 investigations of Benghazi if you're going to ignore what they find. What Hillary has proven after being grilled for 11 hours by a partisan witchhunt is she is tough as nails. speaking of grilling Hillary for 11 hours in a partisan witchhunt, remember how much republicans whined about debate moderators. whats the opposite of "tough as nails"? that's republicans.

"Republicans Desperately Seek Alternative"

Apparently so do the democrats.

Neither do I. They're both very stubborn and know they probably aren't going to get anyone's VP spot on the ticket.

I could see Trump potentially picking a guy like Christie, they are friends afterall. But I think he'll probably go with a woman or minority, potentially even Rubio.

Yes they do.

They have O'Malley, but no one wants to even acknowledge that he's running.
