1: Hillary was the SoS. She knew what type of information is considered classified and what isn't. In fact it was part of her job to know. Regardless if they were marked "classified" or not. If she didn't consider any of the emails that were on her private email server as being classified that have been identified by the FBI as being classified then she was extremely incompetent AT BEST. And that's being nice. At worst she knew very well that information was classified the moment she saw them, in which case she should have put a stop to such information being disseminated to private email servers. The fact that she didn't, and continued to receive them means that she was breaking the law. Considering the amount of emails that were deemed as classified by the FBI I find it extremely hard to believe that she didn't even once actually consider at the very least SOME of them to be classified. Unless she is extremely stupid. So stupid as to be not fit for a secretary position in a private mom and pop store, much less be POTUS or SoS.

2: It's not that hard to copy classified information without using the classified tag. Simply re-type the information into a separate window/program and boom, you can resend it without the classified tag. Hell, if ya had to you could print the information out and use a completely different computer and resend it as an email to bypass any type of security that original computer had on it.

3: The State Department has a dog in this fight. If its determined that they purposely sent classified emails to Hillary's private email server then those in the State Department that did this are in just as much hot water as Hillary should be in right now. So what they say in this matter is highly suspect.

1) You are making claims that are completely baseless. There is absolutely no evidence that she knew, or even that she should have known, what is classified and what is not if her email is not marked classified.

IOW, you're making stuff up

2) And without the classified markings, there's no reason to think the recipient would know that it was classified

3) There is no evidence that this happened.

So basically, we end up with the article claiming that Hillary abused her office based on "We say so" instead of based on actual evidence

Blah blah blah. You can continue to excuse Hillary Sangha. It won't change the FACT that she was holding classified material on a private email server that was not authorized to hold classified emails. That is against the law. No matter how much you twist and turn and spin. A blind man can see this. I'm looking forward to the FBI closing out the case and charging her with crimes that reflect that. And if they don't then we'll know that just like OJ, she was able to spend her way out of it.

Kal, maybe its me but I just think a moderator should understand, more than anybody, the concept of a debate forum. I asked you to explain something you posted and you chose to insult and deflect. And you continue to post things simply because you wish they were true. Case in point: the state dept tells you the emails were not “marked as classified” magic presto “they’re lying”. So you’re clearly not here to have a “debate”. You’re here to post things you wish were true to cling to a narrative you obediently believe. For example:

In spite of your “proactive” excuse for her not being charged, she’s not under investigation. The fact that you do think she’s under investigation only proves my point again that you have the exact impression that the conservative media wants you to have. You not only have to ignore the actual facts, you have to use “magic facts” to make your narrative work. Lets review your "magic facts".

Its BS that it not marked as classified
The state dept is lying when they confirmed it was not marked as classified
Hillary should know when someone sent her classified data
When she’s not charged it will be because of her money

I like the last one because I’ve already stated that conservatives will obediently claim its “corruption” when she’s not charged. Thanks for proving me right. Anyhoo, the FBI is investigating how classified data was sent to Hillary. They are not investigating Hillary. And, not that you care or can comphrend, it wouldn’t matter if she only used the .gov server because classified data shouldn’t have been sent to that server either. So no one is making excuses for Hillary. We’re simply pointing out the facts that you keep trying to ignore.

Anybody that has ever had experience with trying to get a gaming license in Nevada knows there are no mafia figures associated with the casinos in any way.
