No more Bushes in the White House!

How about no more Clintons and no more Bushs? America is not a plutocracy/oligarchy.
How about we let the American people decide there are no more Bushs, Clinton's,...while I'm on a roll, let the American people decide on gay marriage or retribution in all its 'soft' forms.

What's a 'soft' form of retribution? The black lives matter movement. Profiling the police. Allowable racism for some groups and not for others. Acceptance quotas in college. Side note: allowable sexism for some groups and not for others.

jog, I've never let someone's belligerence (real or imagined) stop me from posting something. You've posted a narrative numerous times at a debate forum and I simply asked you to explain it. You've simply assured me your explanation exists.

And fyi, I love hearing things that contradict my opinion. Its what makes me such a good poster. I'm looking forward to you to expanding my horizons with your financial knowledge. But based on your continued deflections, I should temper my expectations.

Why don't you go back and think about the time dimensions of bubbles, how they can build and what the requirements are. Then we can talk. But I don't want to waste time arguing why political action in the years 2000/2001 could not be relevant to the dot.com bubble buildup with someone that acts like the Prophet explaining the Law.

oh jog, you've posted a narrative numerous times at this forum. Ive asked you to explain your "theory". After all this is a debate forum. I've even asked you to elaborate on the damage you so fret about. For someone who claims to have worked closely with KFW it should have been an easy explanation. Instead you've deflected with vague rhetoric and now you resort to whining about me. Do you know how often I see such whiny belligerence when I simply ask someone to explain their "narrative? yea, a lot .

Again jog, this is a debate forum. its not a "repeat a narrative over and over and then simply assure us an explanation exists when asked to explain it then whine about Vern" forum. It only looks like a " repeat a narrative over and over and then simply us assure an explanation exists when asked to explain it then whine about Vern" forum because of posters like you.

It is time for Jeb Bush to drop out. If he can not make in on the debate stage he definitely can not make it on the world stage.
I watched him on the news, the guy just does not have what it takes. The 100m PAC money will do nothing for him. The US can not afford a president who appears weak.

I couldn't agree more but I think you are deluding yourself if you think he is done. He will be in it until he loses enough primaries to be unable to get the nomination. There are powers much greater than himself that are banking on another windfall like his brother provided for them. He is even contemplating campaigning with GW by his side believe it or not.

No doubt Jeb Bush has been lame and ineffective in the debates. But the primaries are still a few months away. And Jeb has a boatload of money for the organization in the early primary states. Along with those all powerful "30 seconds distortion" commercials on TV.

With that said. Jeb isn't my pick/favorite. But he certainly isn't out of the race yet. Money matters.

As I remember I did explain it solidly enough for anyone interested in it to be able to have understood the line of argument. You obviously did not at the time read it. Had you, you would not have started blowing off about 2000 and 2001. As a matter of fact, you wouldn't do that, if you had any understanding of leads and lags in economics and in fiscal and monetary policies in particular. So you didn't read it. You are not informed and defend your self inflicted ignorance with impolite suggestive muck.

Yes please, let's not have another embarrassing POTUS so transparently the puppet of Big Money.
