I'm proud to say I've never contributed a nickel to a political campaign. They can send me as many requests as they want. It still won't get them a nickel.

As of the last decade in particular, I've felt the GOP is pretty tone deaf.

And this little gem from the OP, would seem to remain consistent with that narrative:

Are you sure? As a tech for Apple I ran across several sites that pretended to be Apple and everything about their site and the emails that they sent out looked identical to the real site.

Ditto. I get very little spam and just delete everyone one of them like: is she cheating on you? Question: how do they find out?

Russian blonds want to spend the night with you. Married woman wants to spend the night with you. mmmmmmm
 
Pretty easy to avoid email spam from the GOP. Email isn't a requirement on any voter registration forms in the country. Neither is phone number if you have a DL or state ID number. Still going to be on the mail list and walk lists for voter outreach, but annoying phone calls and emails are easily avoidable.
