Scott Walker can unite the Party?

Somebody is delaying the investigation. The ruling by a federal judge stated the case must be looked at by the state before it can be brought before the federal bench. Then there is the ever so insignificant fact that the federal judge has attended the annual Koch fest in California, which just might be an indication of his political leaning

Can you supply a credible link for that bolded part?

Depends on what you wish to label as "credible" but please note that the actual financial disclosure forms are available for viewing

An analysis by the Center for Media and Democracy shows that Judge Randa attended privately-funded, all-expenses-paid judicial seminars put on by George Mason University in 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, and 2013, according to publicly-available financial disclosure forms.

The George Mason University seminars are bankrolled by a long list of right-wing foundations, like Koch, Bradley, and the Searle Freedom Trust, as well as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and corporations like BP, Exxon Mobil, and Dow Chemical. Many of these interests have long opposed limits on money in politics, although it is not known whether campaign finance reform was a topic at the seminars Randa attended.

The seminars amount to a privately-funded all-expenses paid trip for judges, with conference sponsors picking up the costs of a judge's flights, hotel rooms, and meals.

I'm sorry you hate the middle class, and the middle class compensation unions bring.

Scott Walker's attacks on the middle class are an embarrassment to your party.
Scott Walker took on and defeated public employee unions. It was no embarrassment at all. It was a triumph.

Ok, he went to George Mason University in which the Koch money was part of many other groups who put on events. What I didn't see is impropriety or evidence showing that this judge has done something wrong. For example, has the Judicial Conference of the United States brought ethical or criminal charges against Randa? If there's evidence that shows he was unduly influenced, or if there are ethical improprieties then by all means, but it sounds if we're going on a witch hunt for judges who attend political gatherings, we should look at both sides, like this.

This reminds me of the "guilt by association" that the left summarily dismissed about Obama when he was running in 2007 - with Bill Ayers, with Rev. Wright, with Tony Rezko. So why is guilt by association with the Kochs now supposed to be taken seriously?

Union busting is work that borders on holy, so yeah, well deserved approval on that alone.

God I wish you had to work a job before unions. If real life were like the movie, you'd be visited by 3 ghosts tonight.

Scott Walker just might have a few problems if the Wisconsin Supreme Court allows the "John Doe" investigation to start up again.

I like Charles P Pierce's description of Gov. Walker

Scott Walker, the twice-elected goggle-eyed homunculus hired by Koch Industries to manage their midwest subsidiary formerly known as the state of Wisconsin

More and more it looks like Republican-led states are becoming corporate subsidiaries with little concern for the desires and needs of their citizens. Gov Walker has already shown his willingness to follow Koch orders. Other Republican candidates must also meet the requirements of their corporate masters if they want to have a chance in the 2016 elections
This amount is equal to, if not greater than, that to be spent by the Democrats and Republicans

I like what Wisconsin voters called him: Governor.

Three times in 4 years.

Only a fool would bet against Scott Walker.

Rumors are saying the Kochs have chosen Scott Walker as their preferred candidate following an audition in at the Kochs annual gathering in California. Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio were also present, Jeb Bush was invited but failed to show up, citing "scheduling conflicts"

The Citizens United decision has turned American politics into a marketplace where politicians must sell themselves to the corporate overlords if they really want to be elected. Funny how most of the developed world doesn't think you should be able to buy a seat in government.

The Kochs put a price on 2016: $889 million

a) That was a book.
b) So like, you've got a ManBearPig avatar... I guess you just like to watch the show to laugh at yourself or something? Cause Matt and Trey are real big on collectivism, lemme tell ya.

a) It was a movie after it was a book.
b) I'm sure their humor goes far over your head.
