Good News.....Indeed!

All coming down to the wire with the Mid Term too.....What say ye?

The American people have never registered a lower opinion of the Democratic Party, according to a new ABC News/Washington Post Poll. Just 39 percent of respondents told pollsters they have a favorable opinion of the Democratic Party, compared to 51 percent of respondents who view the Democrats unfavorably. No poll, including Gallup, New York Times, and CBS News numbers (with data going back to 1984), has ever shown the Democrats so disliked.

Republicans are even more unpopular, with just 33 percent of adults admitting to liking the party, but they have been lower and the narrow six-point gap between the two parties is close to the smallest it has been in years. Looking inside the numbers, it appears that Democratic support is crumbling for the same reason Republican favorability has been low for so long: the base is unhappy with the party. The WaPo poll also showed a strong advantage for Republicans on the generic congressional ballot. A full 50 percent of likely voters said they were planning to vote for Republican candidates this November, compared to just 43 percent who said they planned to vote for Democrats.....snip~

Its getting more and more expensive (entitlements) to buy the masses; they aren't happy with their current state of hand outs and demand more. Plus a good number or them aren't stupid, and know that more isn't coming.

Democratic, Republican Party Favorable Ratings Now Similar

Mornin TDS. :2wave: Did you miss where they said the Repubs were lower? Plus they have been lower before. This is the first time for the Demos. Its like BO.....Historical!

Now, how did you want to try and play with the Numbers?

No poll, including Gallup, New York Times, and CBS News numbers (with data going back to 1984), has ever shown the Democrats so disliked.....snip~

How does that change what they are saying? Oct 15th is the date of their Chart.

Mornin' Cal. :2wave: Its finally showing the splits in their party.....meaning they can't hide the BS anymore.

Im not playing the numbers. But to have a celebration over this is kinda pathetic, since afterall the GOP is even lower...

Well I am still hoping the GOP gains a narrow one vote margin in controlling the Senate. They will keep control of the House. Then they will have nothing to hold the zealots back or restrain them. We need to see a bat guano crazy right wing agenda so the public wises up and throws the bums out in sweeping Democratic victories from top to bottom in 2016.

Sometimes you have to hit bottom before you can turn it around.

Well TDS.....when you figure out that part about going into an election and having only 3 weeks left.....I don't think it is hard to figure out why there would be a celebration of a party that's getting thrown out of office and that people are tired of hearing from that party.

Historical trend MMC. In recent history there has only been 3 midterm elections that havent hurt the Presidents party. Nothing new here.

I notice you always say nothing new here.....while always Defending the Demo Party. Never being this low would make it historical. So yes that is a New experience for the Left.

Although, I wouldn't mind seeing their party Destroyed.....Completely and Totally. Let them start all over from the beginning at this day and age. Lets see how that works for them with their division of a country.

The numbers are still ... to me at least... amazingly high. 39-42 at this point is amazing given the number of lies, mistakes, lack of transparency and outright destructive actions and behavior.

Uhh saying well all I stated was historical trends... Its not defending, its simply saying well if you look at the whole picture both parties have **** ratings.

Never being this low would make it historical. So yes that is a New experience for the Left.
I dont know if this is true... But I can tell you this much midterms 90% of the time always suck for the Presidents party, even the GOP...

Well, we know this mid-term is going to suck for BO and his party.....oh and it shouldn't be surprising as to what I said. I have even mentioned the Conservatives being their own Party. So you can see how that would play out with the Demos. If that was to happen. Then there may be even a Latin Caucus and party, huh?

I suspect so many Americans have become net takers by now that a certain percentage has sold out to the collectivist agenda. Half of them don't know Thomas Jefferson from George Jefferson--and don't care. They've got their spot at the federal slop trough, and they're not giving it up just for something stupid like the good of the country. They could have a video of this unpatriotic liar of a President snorting coke and taking bribes, and they wouldn't give a damn, as long as their checks kept showing up.

Well, we know this mid-term is going to suck for BO and his party...
Most likely.

You seemed surprised...

What?

Most likely.

What?

I wasn't.

Well, you were the one rolling your eyes over what I said about the Demo party.

Which is why I mentioned the part about where I have said I thought the conservatives should be their own party too.....and that if it did happen with the Demos. Then there could possibly be a Latin Caucus & Party.

The numbers muncher shows why BO and the Demos are getting quite worried.

Within the crucial 'likely voter' subgroup, the GOP leads Democrats by seven points (50/43) on which party should control Congress. Possibly the most worrisome sentence for Barack Obama's party in the ABC News write-up of the numbers is this assessment of voter preference trends in the data: "Each of these is almost identical to results of the 2010 national exit poll." We all remember what happened in 2010, don't we? Though Republicans have far less room to grow in the House this year, that's not true of the Senate. Speaking of which, national Democrats seem to have abandoned Alison Lundergan Grimes in Kentucky, Scott Brown is keeping things competitive in New Hampshire, Thom Tillis is gaining on Kay Hagan in North Carolina, heavy polling trajectories look scary for Mark Pryor in Arkansas and Mark Begich in Alaska, and then there are these latest surveys out of Iowa and Colorado:.....snip~
