Yes, it is.

The right is all about free markets and private property rights.

The left is about imposing socialism out of a misguided sense of "fairness." They increase the power and scope of the state and they declare services to be "rights" the taxpayer must provide.
 
Interesting to note that the site linked to credits a Frankfurt School communist, Theodor Adorno, as an influence on the the people who designed this test.
