With partisanship spiraling out of control, I thought it would be kind of interesting for liberals and conservatives to hold the first ever Ideology Draft. This draft, however, operates in the opposite direction of what is the SOP for an actual draft. Instead of drafting someone ONTO your team, you have to kick someone off. Let us see who the partisans will publicly shun and cast aside. I'll take the first pick just to get things started.

As a conservative, with the first pick, I give the heave-ho to Rupert Murdoch. This asshole has done more to divide Americans than just about anyone I can think of.

Who's next?

Can a socialist partake in the draft?

Who's next?

I vote for 2
John Boehner
Mitch McConnell

My:twocents:

I'm not sure who should be my first round pick. My top two are Dick Cheney and Mark Levin.

I guess I'm going with Mark Levin. Good riddance loser!

Good choice.

Cheney probably isn't long for this world, anyway.

Ok I have a nice actual example. Im conservative and actually live in Eric Cantor's former district.
Ive been trying to kick his fanny out for years and we finally did.
My beef was that he stopped representing us and.pushing his political "career".a long time ago. I dont like life under the bus.

good riddance.

So many to chose from. Let me turn on MSNBC...Ed Schultz, gone!

Karl Rove - outa here....

Billary Clinton.. what difference does it make? It makes a huge difference, now hit the road.

And to show my bipartisanship, John MacCain don't let the door hit ya in the ass!

So then... keeping score we have so far:

Conservatives
-Rupert Murdoch

-Mark Levin

-John Boehner

-Mitch McConnell

-John McCain

-Eric Cantor

-Karl Rove

Liberals

-Ed Schultz

-Bill Clinton

-Hillary Clinton

Socialists

-Sam Webb

C'mon, liberals! Let's pick up the pace! Lot's of (anti)talent out there to choose from. You mean to tell me that there's only THREE losers amongst your ranks that you're willing to cast aside?

Let's go, already!

For my second pick in the draft I choose...

Ted Nugent.

Play your guitar, shoot your bow, and keep your mouth shut. You've embarrassed us for long enough!

As a non partisan, I would like to kick Al Sharpton off team America, until he speaks for all who are victimized. None other is more divisive.

We'll add a new category for Independents.;)

I would pick up Murdoch for a conservative to be named later.

(P.S. Its Judge Jeanie)

Round two - Dick Cheney ba-bye!
