Wordstream. A media polling org who suggests that Scot Brown(R-MA) will win a a landslide.

Poll: Scott Brown to Win Massachusetts US Senate Race by a Landslide | WordStream

It appears Scott gets more views than Coakley, period and outnumbers 1 to 10 on youtube.

And was wondering what people think about Wordstream. Are they an accurate, popular organization?

Now, I know this can't be 100% accurate when you include poor blacks or poor people in general or the elderly which I think will go Republican.

But isn't this big based the fact that blogggers are general young and liberal, aswell?

I'm one of those few who think's he'll actually win in MA especially when he outnumbers Coakley's campaigning and raising 1.3M$ in a 24 hr period and Coakley ending up going to D.C. to campaign(HA, so calssic!). And her ads which are a failure by relating Brown to Limbaugh, SOOO, THREATENING!!!.

And if she wins, it should be a scare anyways, because picture states that are less liberal that will go republican.

"It's not the Kennedy, it's not the Democrat seat, it's people's seat"

The stakes for the health care bill, the Democratic 60-vote majority in the U.S. Senate and the nation as a whole are enormous and yet the people of Massachusetts are equivocating between a mainstream Democrat and a dyed in the wool Tea Bagger. We live in extraordinary times.

Scott Brown ain't no teabagger. He's a rich ass elitest who actually said he would not filibuster. So...no, sorry, it still gets passed.

Yea, some teabagger man.

The cornerstone of Brown's campaign is that he's said over and over that he will vote against health care reform.

This guy uses the popularity of their respective youtube channels as one of his data sets. I don't think anything else needs to be said to dismiss this.

We will all know soon enough who wins, everything else is speculation, with the source for this thread being particularly poor speculation.

He's up in more recent polls

RealClearPolitics - Election 2010 - Massachusetts Senate - Special Election

Although these are just polls, they all agree Scott Brown(R) voters are more likely to vote than democrats.

Obama is coming Sunday to MA to campaign for Martha Coconut which didn't work when he campaigned for Corzine in NJ and Deeds in VA.

So, let's see what happens in liberal MA.

Even if the democrat wins, It'll be close and will scare democrats in states that are less liberal, anyways.

"It's not the Kennedy, it's not the Democrat seat, it's people's seat"

That was a GREAT response. Brown destroyed that pinhead who asked the question:

The 2 most recent poll at your source, 1 day apart, have a 23 point spread. When you have some credible evidence, then it might mean something, but not nearly as much as the election itself. Lastly, the source you provide does not say anything about the likelihood of either candidates supporters to turn out. If you want to claim it, source it.

R voters are more likely to turn out than D votes, but there are a ****load more D voters than R voters.

It would be astonishing if Brown pulled it off, but I wouldn't put money on it.

edit: If you want to put money on it, go to intrade:

I cannot believe it's that close on there. That's a bit nuts.

You know there is a lot of deep seated hesitance among Democrat voters with respect to Obama's policies and agenda when the race is this close.

That speaks to just how radical the Obama Democratic agenda is! when they are scratching to finish line in an election in Massachusetts.

Its easy to chastise the sitting government during mid-term elections and by-elections. Governments can never please everybody. Out of curiosity, has any federal American governing party done well in mid-term elections in recent years?

What really counts in the long-run is the proper Presidential elections. When people remember that the Republicans don't have any great candidates on the table (maybe Sarah Palin will take a break from Faux News to run, that would be amusing, haha), have offered little in the way of alternatives aside from just saying no to everything the Democrats do, then we'll see how people vote when the chips are down.

2002 and 1998 were both good years for the president's party.

It is true that most of the time the out of power party wins seats. What matters is if it is a landslide.

Losing a Senate seat in Mass. in a special election would be a big loss. The fact that Obama is going to campaign this weekend shows how important they think it is.

It is usually hard for the out of power party to have a single coherent voice. This prrobably won't happen until the primaries in 2011.

This could be the starting of the end for Obama and his socialist party......To win that seat is huge...Three months ago Brown was 20 points down....This could be the beginning of another New Gingrich era......How sweet it is...........

Thank God for extraordinary times.......It might save this country before Obama and his socialists can destroy it..........

That must be why the vast majority of Americans are rejecting Obama's attempted take over of health care and why his poll numbers continue to drop to dismal levels.:lamo

Like I said before, lets wait and see what the Republicans put up as an alernative, and how that fares in the next Presidential election before you conservatives start getting all giddy. So far the GOP has not really been impressive, and a backlash against the sitting gov't does not mean that the opposing party will win in general elections.

We have every right to be a little giddy my left wing friend.......No one expected a Conservative to have even a chance in this election...You live in another country..Maybe you did not know that.......

I don't know what you are talking about. It's incoherent relative my comments.

Amen to that. A voice of reason in the midst of this attempted socialist take over.

You seem to think that every opinion that differs with yours is incoherent. Gets hard to take you seriously after a while.

You post random comments that do not relate to what is being discussed.

I comment on how if the senate seat in Massachusetts is likely to be lost by Democrats it shows a real hesitation about Obama's agenda. And then you come out of left field, no surprise there, and start talking about Sarah Palin. It's just bizarre.

Yes, apparently you failed to read the rest of my post about mid-terms and by-elections. My post was relevant to the topic at hand. How is discussing the importance of mid-terms and by-elections compared to general elections (when people were discussing how this is a response to Obama) not on topic?
