Biden is a constitutional law guy. He not only flubbed Article I but ignored the fact that the VP position is addressed in both Article I and II.

The VP clearly has a legislative function even if Biden wants to minimize its importance. Cheney's philosophy appears to be that the VP has a foot in both political branches. That's undeniably true.

Biden is cutting off his nose simply to attack Cheney and appease the far left-wing of his Democratic base.

He's a lawyer that doesn't know the law, can we really trust him as VP?

I am so glad that Biden called Cheney out on his bull**** and didn't whisper sweet political nothings like Palin. I've never had a strong opinion on Biden, but he won me over with that comment. The Vice President is a member of the executive branch. There is no question about it

So I guess off topic videos and feelings are the argument instead of discssing the constitution and the role of VP...
