Aides Say Team Interviewed Palin Late in the Process

Quote:
ST. PAUL, Minn., Sept. 2 -- Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin was not subjected to a lengthy in-person background interview with the head of Sen. John McCain's vice presidential vetting team until last Wednesday in Arizona, the day before McCain asked her to be his running mate, and she did not disclose the fact that her 17-year-old daughter was pregnant until that meeting, two knowledgeable McCain officials acknowledged Tuesday.

Considering the scandals that are coming out about Palin, it's starting to become more and more apparent how little research was done by the McCain Campaign on Palin. It's also becoming more apparent that McCain chose her more as a strategic move to appeal to female voters and former Clinton supporters.

It's also apparent that the left is throwing anything they can get their hands on at Palin in hopes something will stick. It's also becoming more apparent that many of the issues are pure fabrication and extrapolation by a very unattractively desperate left.
