Apparently numerous people here did not take statistics in college. Still, a 2% margin is not that bad, but enough to result in very different outcomes. I remember Navy posting one with a +/-7% margin. Apparently he did not realize just what that meant.

Are there any voters in the country who votes for a candidate based on the number of years they've served in national politics? Pundits love to talk about "experience," but I've never actually met a voter who considers it an important issue. I mean, if their resumes were reversed but their stances on the issues were the same, you'd still vote for McCain, right?
