`This election is about trust -- trust in people's word,'' McCain, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, told several hundred donors at a $2 million GOP fundraiser in Louisville, Kentucky, yesterday. ``And unfortunately, apparently on several items, Senator Obama's word cannot be trusted.''
| So funny coming from a man who has flipflopped on every major issue.
What is more interesting is the seeming total lack of strategy by the McCain camp on how to deal with Obama. Now they are accusing Obama of being a flipflopper.. and that's dangerous considering McCains own record on issues.
Is McCain panicking or just forgot his own record on flipflopping?

Is McCain panicking or just forgot his own record on flipflopping? | Petey, do you live in the US? Can you vote in the upcoming election? Since the answer to both of these questions is "no", maybe this isn't the best place for you to be hanging out.

Looks more like you're panicking or grasping at straws. Obama is the biggest liberal in Washington, and anything he says to the contrary (his entire campaign) is a flipflop. You better dump your strategy, it isn't working.

I asked him two questions and pointed out that since the answer to both is "no", he really has no business starting threads about either candidate. I would have said the same thing had he started a thread about Obama. |

Lean: Independent Gender: | Re: McCain beginning to dig his own grave. As Americans, we do not want non Americans influencing our election.
However, in todays world we as Americans must also realize that because our elections dramatically effect the rest of the world, that the rest of the world's opinions should be heard and respected.
While not everyone agrees with this, millions within America and around the globe believe that this election is between world war and world peace.
If the stakes are that high, it sort of makes this a world election... at least from one perspective.
