And the fallacy that Osama Bin Laden was responsible for planning 9/11 has been debunked. It was Khaled Sheik Mohammed who planned from the blueprint to the casting of the terrorists in 9/11.

When exactly was Clinton handed Bin Laden? Even the 9/11 Commission report refuted that and I highly doubt you're privy to a higher source.
