McCain wants to surrender in 2013

Knowing about the way McCain interprets the intentions to bring back the troops from Iraq by Obama in the next 16 months by calling to this action "a surrender", we can also interpret that McCain thinks to surrender in Iraq at the end of his first and only presidental term in 2013.

McCain's AP Interview: Criticizes Obama On Iraq - Politics on The Huffington Post

While McCain wants to invite Obama to Iraq to show him the progress made in "that country" in the recent two years, Obama can show McCain the economical mess made by Bush right here in US in the same last two years.

McCain is an illiterate about the economical reality of US, and it is weird to hear him trying to educate others about "progress".

McCain cannot even teach Diplomacy, something in which Obama is showing a master degree. McCain, on the other hand, has become a vulgar warmonger maybe by the traumas caused to him in the Vietnam war in his early years.

We also noticed that the number of current troops and of veterans of the Iraq war that are killing themselves has increased according to the news, and this is the indication that the troops are not feeling well fighting with an unjustified war. McCain ignores in purpose this reality as well, and maybe he doesn't care about it at all.

Slowly but surely McCain is destroying himself by using such an insolent language against Obama, and McCain is degrading to himself by his own words. Even members of the Republican party are showing their disagreement with the style of the attacks made by McCain against Obama.

Between today and 2013, the pulling of the troops must be made the sooner the better, and there is no surrender involved by doing it, because this conflict is less a war and more a mistake, and bringing back the troops as soon as possible is the first step to fix the mess created by the Bush adminstration.

So McCain has flip flopped on his earlier position taht he'd be fine with keeping forces in Iraq for as long as needed? Not surprised.

Re: McCain wants to surrender in 2013

I picked up on a couple of things right away from McCain's remarks today.

First of all, it is petty, if not just plain childish for McCain to pretend he is in a position to "Invite" obama to Iraq.
Both are Senators running for President.
Both men can go as they please and top military officials will accommodate them. Whether it be a surprise or planned.

Second of all, it is almost a certainty that this will prompt Obama to have his own Iraq visit before November.
And McCain has set himself up to fall victim to the absolute best stuff Obama can come up with while having months to plan the perfect "response".
Because it is a response and not an attack, Obama can get away with taking it really far.

But the best one i noticed...
Obama was thrown the ball. He does not have to throw it back right away.
Obama will sit for a few days or weeks while he thinks about his "Let me educate you" response.
And when he offers to educate McCain on something, its going to be hilarious.
Not to mention the media coverage it will gain.

I am hoping that Obama really takes his time with this.
He needs to pick McCains weakest issue.
And obviously the words, "Well McCain, let me offer you an invitation to America to educate you on etc..."

I also think some comical value is added to the whole thing because Obama's IQ is about 50% higher than McCain's.

We've not seen the last of this.
Its going to be hilarious...

This quote was taken completely out of context. He said we'll be almost entirely out of Iraq by 2013 because we will have won, 2013 was only the point of reference because that will be the end of his first term. This is a deliberate obfuscation of what he said.

YouTube - McCain Heckled During Non-Proliferation Speech

Quote:
Here is video that focuses in on the responses by Sen. John McCain to radical anti-war protesters who interrupted his speech at the Univ. of Denver today. McCain handled it with cool grace under fire. They forget - he's been put under far greater pressure in his life than they can ever bring to bear! His response to them the second time on this video was superb - "I will never surrender - I will never surrender in Iraq."

I knew that the medical records of McCain have make ups, and that his capability to remember things has degenerated a lot. He can't remember that this war against Iraq has been won already, and that president Bush has already celebtrate the victory with the words "Mission Acomplished."

I find it really amusing that you don't even try to defend your claim. This is the purest example of throwing **** at the wall in the hope that something sticks that I've seen.

How does he have any clue that we'll have "won" by 2013? I take that with a mine of salt.
