Viral e-mails attack Obama's life story - Yahoo! News

Morons believing whatever comes through their e-mails without bothered to critically thinking, examine what the candidate actually said or fact checking anything.

Americans, where I mean those who believe what's in the article, are stupid.

Hey, would you mind not generalizing a entire nation? Please don't insult an entire country of people and say they are stupid. That is pure ignorance. I believe I speak for most Americans on this site when I say, don't generalize our country. You don't see us writing columns Europeans are f***ing retarded... So please, have some courtesy. Thank you.

Well, you don't speak for this American. I believe that at the time of the 2004 election, there were people who believed that (1) we found WMDs in Iraq and (2) that there was a connection between Iraq and September 11th, and I think it was something like 40%. Sorry, Rightwing86, but that spells STUPID to me.

America isn't stupid. We're 'dumberer' then other nations for sure though.

Well come on...
Look at how many Americans keep voting for the GOP and DNC and expect
them to do a good job!

If after +100yrs Americans haven't figured out that those parties are corrupt
and will not stop screwing over the common American people, what conclusion
do you come to?

There are some stupid Americans bt you can't paint all Americans with the same brush..........

During his 1956 presidential campaign, a woman called out to
Adlai E Stevenson 'Senator, you have the vote of every thinking person!'

Stevenson called back "That's not enough, madam, we need a majority!"

“We have two political parties in this country, the Stupid Party and the Evil Party. I belong to the Stupid Party.”

- Former Republican Wyoming Senator Alan Simpson

While the title of the thread is misleading, he did specify that the stupid ones were those who believe what they read in those emails.

In that he is absoluetly correct. Anyone who gets something like that in their inbox and accepts it at face value without bothering to check the veracity of what they're reading is a freaking moron with no brain, regardless of nationality.

"I read it on the internetz, so it must be true, duh-huh-huh..." :monkeyarm

See what a lot of people don't get about this supposed "poor / working class white vote", is that there are those that are on lower rungs of the income ladder because of circumstances beyond their direct control. However, a lot of them are poor or in the working poor because they are stupid.

So when you think about it, its something of a complement for Obama to have problems with the stupid vote. The problem is for him to get a majority of votes come November with him having trouble with the "stupid" vote.

I just read your post on the internet, it must be true. :doh

Republicans try to define their miserable failings as "American".

It's not "American" to be so stupid you only care about flag pins and whether Obama is a "secret muslim".

Defining anyone who dares to raise the bar beyond flag pins and secret muslims as "anti-American" is an easy way to excuse personal failings.

Vast populations in America are really intelligent concerned people with dynamic ideas to help this country and the rest of the world.

We're just burdned with the weight of the other half that want to call us
"anti-American" because they can't admit that they're personally insufficient, not folk and genuine.

People who live in Manhattan and The Castro aren't less American then people who live in West Virginia, they're just better.

and I'll let you guys in on another secret:

your sad little claim to superiority, your religion and patriotism, are hardly difficult things to achieve. Anyone can do it. That's why sad little nobody fly-overs have to cling to religion and patriotism, because it's the lowest common denominator.

If I wanted to be patriotic or religious I gurantee I could do it with far more eloquence and fire then some mouth-breather from Alabama. I choose not too, because there's other things in my life that I derive personal identity from. I don't need God or country- but Republicans do.

Anybody that isn't born with a silver spoon and drapped in Old Glory is anti-American:2razz:

The funniest part is that both that spoon and flag were made in China. Which makes them as American as rice noodles and paninis.

I hope this was not directed at me, I am not a Republican.

As far as my anti-American statement, I believe both Democrats and Republicans (this generation) are anti-American because they destroy the idea of individual freedom that our country was founded on. Republicans wants to take away social freedoms and Democrats want to take away economic and business freedoms. They do sometimes intertwine but the categories are that way in general.

I think some people must think muslim is a race and others just dont watch the news.Their not neccessarily stupid just illinformed if you where asking them questions on asnother subject they maybe able to talk knowledgably about it.

Though those in the video just seem dumb. The problem is the really informed voters are a minority the candidates dont have to worry about them too much.

If I were Hillary/McCain I wouldn't stress the fact that my base is made up of uneducated masses. However in America the less money/education you have the more American you are. It's stupid. Why having a college education carries a negative connotation in this country is beyond me.
