So the failure of Congress is shared between Democrats AND Republicans, whereas the horrendous "President" we have is fully Republican. I'm no math whiz, but I'd say a large majority of the disapproval is aimed at Republicans and not Democrats.
Let me see if I have this right.
1 (Republican President) + 1/2 (Republican Congress) + 1/2 (Democratic Congress) = 2.
1 1/2 = Republican
1/2 = Democrat
Thus, 75% of the blame is on Republicans. |
Better stop smoking that crack!

Perhaps the democrat doth protest too much. | I find it funny as hell that someone that had proclaimed himself a big Ron Paul supporter could have switched so completely to Obama. He denies it but all you have to do is look at his posts over the last couple of months.
If he was sincere about being a Paul supporter, and I have my doubts about that, he should be referenced when you look up the phrase cutting off your nose to spite to your face? |

Well....considering the Democrats are currently (and have been for a few years) showing more conservative traits than the Republicans, I can understand it.

Hint: It's Barack Obama. Although Paul stopped short of endorsing Obama, he told CNN that he favors Obama, and refuses to endorse McCain.
Oh yea. You are going to call Ron Paul a Democrat now. Right?

He does not support the Republican presidential candidate, and neither do I. He says Obama is the best choice. I don't really agree with that. There is no best choice if all the choices are crap. One thing for sure. After this election, the Neocons are forever toast, and it will be time to start rebuilding the party around Conservatives values.... finally.
And by the way. The Republican party did not reject Ron Paul as much as Ron Paul rejected the Republican party. It is not any political party that we should be supporting, but the Constitution of the United States. Hopefully, after the RINOs crash and burn this year, we can get back to supporting it. |

All the republicans that decided to put that accessory on are stuck with it through this election. It's gonna cost them more than they originally thought

If Republicans all vote exactly the same on every issue, how does that do anything but force partisanship? How does that allow Democrats to stick to their values without "letting Republicans win" so to speak. |
