So? No one said end all foreign trade, he's saying to renegotiate free trade deals to make other major powers adhere to fair labor and environmental standards to have access to our markets.
No one said cut off trade, I live in the most trade dependent state in the country. I want strong foreign trade, but Trump is right, we can't subsidize China's pollution of the environment we all share and ramapant abuse of workers

You don't own anything made in a foreign country? It's harder then you think to get products mass produced here

He has criticized businesses who are going to up and move an entire production line/business to another country leaving those currently employed without employment.
Trump has not done that at all.

At no time has he criticized a person for contracting with an American business who happens to have that specific product made overseas.

Someone who does something they claim they are against is a hypocrite. He is engaging in outsourcing, he is a hypocrite. There is nothing stopping him from having his clothing line made in the US.

You're wrong on all counts. He's probably engaged in outsourcing, I don't think you can find a business in the US that isn't, small or large. What you're talking about is offshoring. And yes, he has a number one primary duty as a CEO to use the current law and rules to bring the most profit for his shareholders that he can.

What he is proposing is that those rules and law be changed. To change that environment.

A doctor who smokes while condemning smoking is still a hypocrite even though it is legal.

What he is proposing is making companies stay in the US. When he condemned Nabisco and other companies for outsourcing he condemned those companies. He didn't say damn those laws that make it easy for companies to outsource I support what Nabisco and other companies are doing because they have a responsibility to their shareholders.

Trumps line of clothing are made outside the US, not in an American factor.IE outsourcing. So yes it does make him a hypocrite.

While he is talking about fair trade, he should ask how many U.S. made products Japan allows.

Again, most all companies, any size, outsource. What you're on about is OFFSHORING. Outsourcing is simply using another specialist company to do specialized work. For instance, most companies outsource payroll services to a company that specializes in payroll.

And yes, the CEO has a legal fiduciary duty to the bottom line of the shareholders. They are acting within current US laws that make it more profitable to OFFSHORE (not outsource) labor. Change that environment, that's what Trump proposes.

Having your **** made in another country thus denying jobs to Americans while criticizing others for doing the same is hypocrisy. It does not matter if it is legal. Using your logic a preacher who engages in homosexual relations while condemning it in his church must mean he is not a hypocrite since it is legal and he is doing right by his congregation by preaching against the very thing he engages in.
 
There is no hypocrisy in his action.
