Its just about here, the day that pretty much defines the rest of the primaries. Some will win. Some will lose. Some were born to sing the blues (sorry, I had to).

So do you have any hopes you wish to share, however unreasonable or improbable? Prayers or sacrifices to some deity that may or may not net your favorite a few more delegates? A rant perhaps, for or against someone? A quote that sums up your feelings? Perhaps a simple cheer?

My #1 hope is that Rubio will find a way to stop his infatuation with Donald Trump's Penis
#2 - Ted Cruz will lose Texas
#3 - Trump will sweep Super Tuesday

I know why you think you want this, but I don't care and want you to keep thinking this way. Agree with all three, although I think #2 is a very long shot.

#1 Rubio or Cruz take more delegates and humiliate Trump.
#2 Sanders wins more states.

I do not have a real "want" here, my vote is probably going third party anyway in the general election.

But I tend to agree with disneydude, I suspect Trump will do well enough to give all sorts of headaches to Republican Establishment and those gunning for him.

On the Democrat side Clinton will win by a large margin forcing Sanders to re-evaluate either strategy or outright staying in this. Unfortunate for Sanders as I admire what he forced Hillary to do so far, but she has way too much Establishment Democrat support and media support.

That's pretty much it for me. I want Bernie to do better than I think he'll do. And the Trump campaign getting tripped up would be both beneficial to the nation AND entertaining as hell.

The only relevant deity I could find is from Raymond Feists fantasy novel world Mikdemia

Banath (Kalkin) - The Artful Dodger; the Prankster; the Nightwalker; God of Hopeless Quests and Misadventures.

Oh great Banath, favored is the underdog in your eyes. I give unto ye 7 rams from the herd, 1 year old and without blemish, 7 bulls from the herd, 1 year old and without blemish, and the pale, shriveled, quivering little thing that is Hillary Clinton's soul. Go Bernie!

You are partially right. However, in the event that a Republican DOES win the Whitehouse....I could stomach a Trump Presidency a lot more than a Cruz or Rubio one....so it goes beyond what you think my motivations are.

Yeah.

I am so disillusioned with the whole election process, and it's reflection of society in general, that my hopes and prayers have turned to wishing for a Zombie Apocalypse.

Life would be so much simpler then.

I just hope the political establishment learns something from the current campaign events.

I hope Bernie pulls an upset.

I'm kind of afraid the DNC will put even more measures in place to make sure a Bernie type candidate never rises even this far again.

No one could have guessed that. Going to change your Avatar later this year?

:)

Yeah, I'm not the kind of person who leaves their guy's bumper sticker on the car once their guy is out of the race.

Predictions:

Cruz holds on and wins Texas
Rubio doesn't win any states
Trump will be very happy tonight.

Then why do you have Cruz in your sig?

I hope that after today, Carson & Kasich finally leave the race.

Both Parties need some changes, maybe them making it a requirement to have been a Party Member for at least four years before running for any political office and Ten Years if running for President, that would change the GOP candidate field presented today. Both Parties need a shakeup, Define your Party stand then show the door to those with other ideologies.

I hope both parties see the stupidity of delegates and, especially, "super delegates".
One person. One vote. Not rocket science.
When it comes to picking the leader of the country, the majority should rule.

I am hoping that a non-partisan candidate of such high character and caliber will rise and show both parties the error of their ways...but what are the chances?

Today determines who really is the third party - Trump as an insurgent GOP candidate, or the RNC "club".

I hope the fivethirtyeight is right that Trump comes out of this with about 130 more delegates from today than second place, and I hope that Sanders gets creamed and we see his supporters gravitating to Trump.

My hope:

Both Trump and Clinton dominate Super Tuesday. Not because I necessarily want them to be the nominees, but because it seems they will inevitably be the nominees and we can all but end the primary season now. My wife loves to watch CNN, so I'm ready for them to move on to something besides the ridiculous circus of this primary season.

Given the polls on this we can evaluate it is looking more and more like you will get your way.

Nawww I think the DNC is far more comfortable with a Bernie than the RNC is with another Trump. Pruis Unis, or whatever his name is, worked very hard to head off a long hard nomination fight so whoever wins isn't so badly beat-up they stagger into the general.

Oh to be a fly on his wall these days... :peace

I want the races to stay competitive. It's BS that it could be over before 2/3 of the states have had a say.
