First, take a breath... it'll be okay. Second, put this together just a little better please.

It is doubtful that Biden will do anything other than talk about it, probably made worse by the first several State primaries perhaps going to Sanders over Hillary. Gore and Kerry both have no relevance to this conversation, no where near position to do anything about the race for 2016.
