Irrelevant. The best thing you might have on Clinton is Negligence, and that's a matter of opinion. Leak all you want to it's irrelevant. The typical republican talking heads are going to say it's damning no matter what. The left is going to say it's nothing, but the result of a which hunt. No charges will be filed, and the American people will not give to ****s about it after Trump starts flapping his big dumb mouth.

The FBI investigation is entirely separate from Congressional committee activity.

I acknowledge the laws and facts you have presented here to be absolute and I agree with the obvious guilt they shed on the criminal actions of Madam Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton_

But; I believe that when the official investigations conclude and Hillary Clinton is called forth; those laws and facts will have been redefined by alternative language, edited for content, twisted with legal jargon and the original meaning manipulated, and all of this will be done by the same government that is suppose to prosecute her_

The government will in fact do such a good job sugarcoating her crimes that she won't even need an attorney_

And the gullible liberals will defend her innocence while praising a corrupt government for not prosecuting her_

Some FBI investigators may come forward to attest her guilt but will be ignored by the MSM and soon forgotten_

And if you don't believe such blatant double standards exist for the politically elite, just consider the mountain of evidence against the IRS, how they hid behind the 5th Amendment, lied under oath, destroyed evidence and refused to comply with congressional subpoenas; and all with no consequences_

And the corrupt hierarchy of the IRS are no where near as untouchable as Hillary Rodham Clinton!

would seem to be an obvious topic unless msnbc/nbc agreed not to delve into that subject as a pre-condition of the interview

I didn't clip anything. I just posted the Google entry. There would be no reason to charge him with breaching Hillary's server until the investigation is completed. For the time being the charges in the indictment are sufficient for leverage.

No. I did not. Please understand that my Libertarian vote is based on nothing more than the fact that neither Johnson nor Weld is Trump or Clinton.

Correct. As I said, there's no reason to surface those (if there are any) until they are ready to complete their work re Clinton. To charge that now would be like tipping their hand.

I'll give you a heads up -- it's 99% certain he did not breach her server, as he would have produced it then, as he did so many of the high profile politicians when he was busting a gut prouding on getting into Powell's and GW Bush in his shower, etc. and all the others.

The Hill would have been a high octane boast.

That nothing was released then tells us he likely didn't, and he's bluffing.
