Trump is a GENIUS

He's running against an ideology that BANKRUPTED THE COUNTRY.

Oh, by the way: EDUCATE YOURSELF about those Trump bankruptcies. You have no idea what the hell you're talking about.

The History of Donald Trump's Bankruptcy Filings - Phoenix Bankruptcy Law News

I understand you've never been to college and even if you had, the concept of Bankruptcy is very complicated. I studied it in paralegal classes as well as business classes. To bring you up to speed with this world, not all bankruptcy is the same. Basically the key word here is "reorganization." Look it up some time. Trump used the law to reorganize companies, save them from shutting down and get their creditors paid off.

And Trump will be running up against Democrat opponents who shouldn't be trusted running a lemonade stand.

His track record up against his opponents can make him seem like a GOD. But he is a business and political genius. He's getting all the wannabes to spend all their cash and they are going to lose anyway.

Jeb is the biggest idiot of them all. I'm amazed any PAC would give him a dime.

I mentioned they were BUSINESS bankruptcies, and even the link you posted called them Chapter 11 bankruptcies. Cause that's what they were! Trump is yet another so called 'small government, the government is all bad' GOP hypocrite who flat out admits he used the GOVERNMENT'S/COUNTRY's laws to pare debt.

A link from YOUR link:

"People knew who Donald Trump was and for that reason were willing to trust the bonds, and they got burned," LoPucki said. "The people who invested with him or based on his name lost money, but he himself came out pretty well."

Donald Trump's Companies Filed for Bankruptcy 4 Times - ABC News

He's playing people like you for fools. But hey, I still find it all entertaining.

I agree. He thinks running the country is a one man show. He is totally delusional in this regard.

He didn't run all those companies by himself. Where are you getting the idea that he wants to run America by himself.

I think he's just wanting to cut out all the incompetent middlemen and put people in charge who know what they're doing. That's no delusion. That's LEADERSHIP.

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha. Good one.

Wait, this is not in the joke section of DP?!

Define "ape." Or maybe you're just at a loss for words whenever you lose an argument.
You shared your thoughts and I shared mine. My thoughts were more accurate and more reasonable. They defeated your thoughts. That doesn't make me going "ape." Just makes me smarter than you.

Jeez...I was civil and courteous...and you went ape again. "Going ape" must be one of your things, Reason.

That high school stuff about "defeating" me is so cute...and the "smarter than you" was a gas.

You talk like you envy him, especially when you accuse him of stealing his wealth. That's right out of the Karl Marx playbook, and so far only feeble minded schlubs still subscribe to THAT economy-destroying ideology.

Whoa...calm down a bit...and live up to your name if you can.

At no point did I say...or even remotely suggest...that Donald Trump stole his wealth.

Why make that up?

I would prefer Cruz be the Senate Majority leader. He'd be much more valuable.

It's hard to imagine Carson wanting to be Trump's running mate, but that would guarantee a landslide victory against ANY combination from the Democrats. Plus Carson is smarter than all the Democrats combined. (Not particularly hard to do.) But we all know it's going to be Kanya West.

It is almost certain that Trump is not even going to be nominated by the Republican king-makers; even I realize they are too smart for that.

But I am glad you feel the way you do and that you are so vocal about it. Perhaps if there are enough of you...you might force their hand...which would be the best thing that ever happened to the Democratic ticket.

It's going to get totally down and dirty. Kind of reminds me of those televised wrestling matches back in the golden years before Vince McMahon turned the whole thing into a steroid induced soap opera.

It is gonna be interesting. We agree on that.

I hope we both enjoy it.

Do me a favor. Live long and prosper. Give me even more grief in ten years.

Nah...the next 9 years are going to be tough enough on you. Hillary is even more a pain-in-the-ass than I...and having her as POTUS is going to be hell for you.

Hell, make it 20. Keep the health. REALLY piss people off. I'd like that.

Thanks. My family has lots of people who have lived into their 90's in good health. I hope I am one of them...but whatever happens will happen.

We'll talk some more.

I agree. He thinks running the country is a one man show. He is totally delusional in this regard.

Are you kidding me. Do you have any idea how many government agencies, banks, special interest groups you have to deal with to build a building anywhere.

Trump has had to deal with Board of Directors, Government agencies, and all the special interest groups his entire life. I am willing to bet a lot of his business dealings involved members of congress as well as mayors and governors. To make such a statement shows how little you know about the real estate business trump has made his money at. You cannot change out a broken toilet in a building without some government agency getting involved (paid).

The real problem with Trump is that he has nothing in his resume or his personality that would lead anyone to believe that he can actually manage a bureaucracy where he cannot simply dictate his wants.

Even if his ideas are good ones there's nothing there that makes me think he can actually translate them into reality.

Same thing could be said for Carson.

However, Trump has a better chance of navigating the bureaucracy better then Carson because Trump owns a corporate empire. He has experience in dealing with that kind of mess (although not on the scale of the US Government).

Trump has spent less then $2 mil of his own money on his campaign. LESS THEN $2 mil. Why? Because he's getting a ton of free publicly.
Meanwhile JEB! is getting plenty of free publicity too and it's all negative. Let's see if the old addage is true that any publicity is good publicity...

Trump: Bush can't run campaign, shouldn't run country - Yahoo News

Trump has spent less than 2 mill of his own money to lead the pack. JEB! has spent hundreds of millions of other people's money just to be in 6th place.

He is not a puppet of the rich and powerful which makes sense why he does not need or want the money from the super PAC. He is the puppet master not the puppet. So do we elect the puppet master (Trump) or another puppet (Hillary).

LOL So the fire is better than the frying pan? Great logic. Trump is a megalomaniac.... Look it up.

Jeb's not a car crash. People love seeing a wreck, they love negativity. So they are waiting to see what outrageous thing Trump will say next. There's not that sense with Bush, the waiting for Jeb to say something stupid isn't there. Besides Jeb is seen as a RINO, and the anti-establishment people are getting the attention now. The GOP primaries drew what? 20 mil or so viewers, when they usually draw maybe 2 mil. Why? Because people tuned in to see if Trump would call Fiorino a bitch, and if she would go over and rip his rug off. A car wreck.

Trump is good at the reality shows stuff. Bush isn't. Eventually Trump's act will get old, and once the moderates start to flex their primary muscles Trump will fade, then drop out. It will be fascinating to see how many of the other candidates campaigns Trumps will ruin and cause them to drop out before Trump drops out. He is going to change the face of these primaries, even though he can't win.

It is fun to watch.

Think he doesn't have a magic pen too?

He's also used to using bankruptcy as a wise business decision; something that the Constitution prohibits him to do (as POTUS)

No need to use bankruptcy as a strategy, just print more money. It seem to be acceptable to liberals.

To be fair, that strategy is acceptable to both parties.

And he saved the companies and got the creditors' money back. That's a better track record than ANY Democrat president in history.

You're about as civil and courteous as a car jacker.

Most people who lose arguments to me sound the same.

Whoa...calm down a bit...and live up to your name if you can.

You're looking at text and suggesting it should calm down. Earth to you: Get out more.

Good question. But I've managed to avoid a lot of gray hair by not trying to figure you liberals out.
It is almost certain that Trump is not even going to be nominated by the Republican king-makers; even I realize they are too smart for that.

Republican King makers don't nominate anyone. It's done by the base. So far, THE DONALD owns the base. And that is not likely to change. He's smarter than everyone else in the race.

But I am glad you feel the way you do and that you are so vocal about it. Perhaps if there are enough of you...you might force their hand...which would be the best thing that ever happened to the Democratic ticket.
Trump being in the race is the worst thing ever to happen to the Democrat ticket. Hillary is a lying crooked bitch. Her poll numbers plummet every time she opens her pie hole. She has never done anything constructive in her entire political career, WHICH SO FAR JUST INCLUDES MARRYING HER WAY TO A SENATE SEAT. Trump is likeable and about a trillion times more qualified to be president. If he is nominated, this communist FEMINAZI bitch will lose.

Nah...the next 9 years are going to be tough enough on you. Hillary is even more a pain-in-the-ass than I...and having her as POTUS is going to be hell for you.

Unless THE DONALD dies, she will not be president.

Whew!

Let's take one thing at a time. You seem to get rattled if we cover several items at one time.

Now you have replied:

Yes you did.

I defy you to quote where I said or insinuated that Donald Trump stole his wealth. You may quote anything I have said here in any thread...not just this one...and you may quote anything I have said in any other forum in which I post.

I defy you to do that.

And when you find that you can't...

...I challenge you to do the right thing. To acknowledge you are wrong.

Then we will take on one of the other items in this latest screed.
