Hillary Clinton is not going to be the Democratic nominee for president.

Yes, the conventional wisdom is that she is still the prohibitive favorite, armed with big money, big connections, and the Big Dog, Bill.

But the so-called “wisdom” is “conventional” for a reason.

As a result of endless sordid scandals and predictably Clintonian evasions, her poll numbers on everything from favorability to trustworthiness are in a nosedive. A battery of new polls in key swing states such as Colorado and Iowa show her losing to a number of GOP challengers.

She’s also taking incoming from the left, particularly from Vermont senator and socialist Bernie Sanders, who is scoring major crowds and an increasing percentage of the Democratic vote, indicating that the leftist base sees him as a viable option and not merely a vehicle to register discontent with Mrs. Clinton.

Hillary Clinton is not going to be the Democratic nominee for president.

Nationwide Polls are largely irrelevant at this stage, but there are two things that I feel work strongly against Hillary.

First, as a female, she has to overcome the sexist undertones that still largely dominate our culture. I feel this was a significant part of why Obama beat her out in 2008. The gender gap is wider than the race gap.

Secondly, her age is going to work against her in the general. She's going to be turn 69 a few days before the election. It's wrong, but many judge woman based on their appearance, and she's showing her age.

I think Mrs. Clinton would make a perfectly fine President, but unless I'm wrong about our culture, she's got her work cut out for her to win a general election.

Of course, early signs are that GOP is going to help her however they can by being terrifying buffoons, so who knows?

Wrong.

Hillary Clinton will be the Democratic Party's candidate and the next president of the USA.

Wait and see.

Special Report on Bret Baier is certainly pushing VP Biden at this very moment.

Let's see how fond they are of him, as with their pushing Sen. Sanders positively, if either of them are the DEM Presidential candidate .

If a blog says so, it must be true!

She is a lying, criminal, evil bitch................................perfectly fine my ass!

You keep rootin for her shrub...........pathetic as that is..

If a blog says so, it must be true!

Often times is.
The National Enquirer nailed John Edwards to the cross!
And a blue dress with cum stains, nailed Bubba!
A blog found Fast and Furious and obama and Holder should have been prosecuted for it!

A stopped clock is right twice a day. Does not mean I give it any credence.

A woman has to know her limitations......and being very liberal covers a lot of territory!

Let's see your evidence. My guess is that you have none.

Ms. Dowd reported that as Beau Biden lay dying from brain cancer, he “tried to make his father promise to run, arguing that the White House should not revert to the Clintons and that the country would be better off with Biden values.” Mr. Biden’s other son, Hunter, also encouraged him to run, she wrote. The support Mr. Biden has garnered speaks to growing concerns among Democrats that Mrs. Clinton could lose in Iowa and New Hampshire, as the populist message of one of her opponents, Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont, draws swelling crowds......snip~

Yeah, them pesky emails won't have any weight. Her being a woman (fake war on women) and her age is what is going to hurt her. That has to be it.

If you are so sure of that (bolded above) "fact" then who will be? Are you seriously suggesting that the demorats will nominate an avowed socialist like Sanders instead? Being popular with the far left is not nearly the same as being popular with Americans or even with most demorats. We have recently been assured (amused?) by another DP poster that the reign of white males, as POTUS, is over due to demographics. One of you gurus is likely wrong. ;)

EDIT: Your blog buddy thinks that Joe Biden will get the nod yet you did not mention that "probability" at all - why include a link that you seem to disagree with?

I hope she does get the nomination and I hope that Trump somehow manages to make it through on the Republican side.

As long as neither party seems to give a **** about solving this nation's problems I figure we're at least entitled to what would be a no-holds-barred poo slinging fest that would make any colony of monkeys sit up and take notice.

Ill believe it when I see it.

Been watching C-Span and the Voters First Presidential Forum ?

Nope, recording it. Just got out of the shower and walked the dog. Waiting for dinner to cook so I thought I would jump on here real fast.

It would have been nice to see Trump put up or shut up on C-Span right now--with Bush at the moment .

I missed every one before Santorum and thought Kasich did great.

The eleven on the stage are all making nice .

If you can pin something on her, feel free. Maybe that will hurt her, too. I don't expect a lot of people who were going to vote for her much care about the email scandal. To most it reads like a technical gotcha, rather than anything of substance, whatever it's merits.

Of course, this is only natural considering how much crying wolf the opposition has done in recent years.

I believe that most people vote for much simpler reasons, like novelty or vague impressions of a candidate's likability.

I think a big one recently has been a sense of fairness, as in "we gave Bush 8 years to make the mess, it would be unfair to not give Obama 8 years to try to fix it."
